Everything seemed to go well with the install, but when I arrived at home and looked more closely, I saw that my rear hatch had been both dented in one place and badly scratched in another. Having just carefully inspected the car when purchasing it, I knew that it was pristine when I brought it in. Now, mistakes happen and anyone can drop a heavy part and do damage. That happens. The real problem is that the UHaul of Scotch Plains staff hid the damage from me and just expected that I wouldn't notice it. That kind of dishonestly and untrustworthy behavior means that anyone who does business at this location needs to watch everything the employees do and double check all of their work. That can get exhausting, so I just recommend you go elsewhere.

After telling him I've never had an issue before, and his employees filled it as recently as July he called me a liar. He then told me he would have to charge me $120 for a new tank. His language and price gouging are both unacceptable and UHaul should be embarrassed that their employees are allowed to behave this way to long term customers.

The staff carries heavy 50 lb bags of feed out to the customers' cars. You can buy feed for chickens and rabbits here as well as suet and birdseed and birdfeeders. The store carries Mazuri brand feed which is the very best for geese and ducks. They also have Oxbow which is the best brand for rabbits and guinea pigs. Prices are comparable to other stores in the area. The town of South Plainfield recognized this business and a few others in town for their importance in the economy of the area for over 100 years. This store has an excellent reputation. I hope they will be open for another 100 years!

This place also has a convenience store inside, which is nice because you can fill up on snacks before you head out on the road or you can pick up a newspaper and a coffee on Sunday morning. They have a decent selection of snacks and drinks as well as coffee and pastries. The people who work at this place are very nice and most are local to the area, so it really has a neighborhood feel to it. They do have a vacuum and a tire pump on the corner, so if you need a quick touch up, you have those available to you. They also have an ice machine, a propane tank holder and a bathroom. Over never used any of those, but they're convenient if you need them. In all, this is a nice gas station with friendly workers and a convenience store, but you will be detracted from coming here because of he outrageous prices of gas. I recommend going here for the snacks and a coffee and waiting to fill up until you get to a cheaper place a mile or so up the road.

Over twice as much more for waste!! I called the owner to speak with him about an adjustment. He told me I shouldn't have bought them. If the guy inside said we don't have them I would have gone someplace else! Never in my widest dreams did I think someone would charge me twice as much for something I cant use. Your inability to stock your yard properly should not cost me. I'm Done doing business with you!

Right now they are so well stocked for fall - mums of all different shapes, sizes and colors. Tons of pumpkins of course.
