Ya'll, listen, Gerard's Landscaping is GREAT! I wanted a fence built, a flagstone path laid, and a…read moreretaining wall built. I talked to multiple contractors - some who just didn't call back, a few who said they couldn't (wouldn't) build the fence I wanted, and frankly, a few that I just didn't like. Gerardo showed up, chatted with me about what I wanted, took measurements, and gave me a bid on the spot. I was moving into a house I was rehabbing and needed a portion of this fence done right away because I have a dog and he hustled to not only build the new portion I needed, but went out of his way to do some repairs on the existing fence to keep my dog safe and secure. He and the people working for him showed a lot of attention to detail, checked in with me often about the project to make sure it was coming along and looking as I expected, and every day at the end of the day the work site was clean and organized. I'm planning some plant installations and a new deck and Gerard's Landscaping is going to be my first call!

They asked me technical questions on the grade for my backyard and the kind of material i need for the steps, which i had no clue about. So I told them that i would need guidance. They sent me a very lengthy message. Whoever was responding, was in the field and took time out to respond and didnt like that I had not done my due diligence. They told me that the market has changed and they need their customers to do some research. Then they gave me an arbutrary deadline to join a COMPLIMENTARY 10min call. The number of red flags in 1 message exchange. First of all, if you are in the field don't respond to the message or hire someone who can do it without getting upset that their customer do not know what they need.

Exceptional service from start to finish!…read more We hired Green Gardens Services for a full yard cleanup of our front and back yards at our Bothell home, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Lamberto was incredibly professional from the very first interaction. He provided a clear, reasonable, and precise quote with no surprises. His crew was equally impressive. They tackled everything we asked for: artificial turf cleaning, pressure washing patio tiles, weeding, mulching, and hedge trimming, and they got it all done on time, and our yards look fantastic. If you're looking for reliable landscaping or yard cleanup services, I'd highly recommend giving Lamberto and his team a call. We'll definitely be calling GGS again!

Anthony and Joe made short work of removing the remnants of our unsuccessful gardening attempt, and created a huge, beautiful garden and border, featuring a huge variety of butterfly and hummingbird friendly plants. In addition, they built a lovely trellis, complete with honeysuckle plants to give us the garden I've always wanted. It completely transformed our backyard. Throughout the project, Anthony continued to provide exemplary service - he kept me apprised of his plans, was happy to discuss any concerns, and was a pleasure to work with. I appreciate his continued commitment to excellent customer service and high quality work. If you're looking for an excellent landscaping company, definitely reach out to Anthony. A day was set for 2:00pm. The day of Michelle from Thu's garden and lawn services called and emailed to confirm the time, 2:00pm with a follow up with an address (an address was given on the initial email for a rental property). While on site at the address I received a return email Michelle now says a service crew will be there from 2:00-2:15pm. At 2:20pm no one had shown up. This to me is a testament of how this business operates, at their convivence with lack of respect to their customers.

A few days later Matthew arrived right on time with his crew. In addition to the branch removals, tree shaping and trimming, Matthew took the time to replace an old cable on our biggest locust that he saw was cutting into the bark with a superior cabling system.
