FIRST CLASS COMPANY. I had a large yard (~6,000 SF) hydroseeded in early summer. The first application results in thick healthy grass growing in majority of the yard. There were some bare areas which I called them about and they promptly came back out to reseed these areas without hesitation. EXCELLENT customer service. Very conscientious and friendly. They even have a nice instruction booklet about how to care for your lawn. Bottom line: they guys are phenomenal and really care about doing a great job. Highly recommended.

Lush, lovely lawn thanks to Grass Master!

Really surprised by the negative review? I heard great things about this company so decided to give them a try and my experience was wonderful! Nicole, Amanda, and Hugo were timely, professional, personable, and communicated details completely. You have to give the lawn some time, a few days isn't enough, but following the manual and watering instructions, after about a week things were happening! My lawn really looks beautiful, highly, highly recommend.

I can see soil and no grass seed. But don't worry we'll be back in 1.5 months and you can start watering again. Thanks Grass Master!

While I didn't buy anything on this trip, I was looking for some ideas to fill a couple of pots I recently purchased at an estate sale, and - wow - did they have some great inspo. I appreciated that their plants appear to all be PNW-friendly varieties, available in everything from small starter varieties to full-sized, in-ground offerings. This isn't a fancy nursery, so there wasn't a lot of that extra stuff you find at other garden centers (like clothing, books, furniture, etc), but if you're looking for some local garden inspo I highly recommend them!

The contract was…read moreimprecise, but we (fools that we are with tens of thousands of dollars) trusted the articulate, seemingly authentic salesman to follow-through and do what we'd asked, what the contract implied and expressed would be done, and what the articulate and cool conman nodded his head and spoke words to as if in approval. Mid-project, we began to ask questions and voiced concerns. That was just too much for the namby-pamby to handle, so we were treated to rude adjectives too unfair to justify any further interaction. We will pay fools to go away. We suggest future buyers beware of misplaced trust in the contracts of this company, in the word of this company's representatives, and in the quality of the work for which we paid but which was either incomplete, incompetently performed, and/or woefully inadequate. The laborers were polite and accommodating, with one nodding yes to every query (?language skill deficit) and the other learning by Google as he tried to do some job he obviously didn't know how to do while lacking supervision or timely project oversight and management. In the end, we went elsewhere to have our job done. Classic got money for what they should have done. In their dreams we are pleased.

We decided to hire her for a patio redo, and she was great to work with from start to finish. Alison helped with design, material selection, taking in our feedback, and provided a more than reasonable estimate that no other contractor would have come close to. She clearly communicated the project schedule for, and she finished on time with temps going into the high 80s! Alison stayed within our budget estimate with a few minor material updates, and we felt she brought more value to the table with her attention to detail. I cannot be more pleased with her work, and I am looking to have her possibly help more in plant design for our yard with her knowledge of native plants that will be more manageable for our busy lives. I highly recommend Alison for your landscaping/hard scaping needs!

While landscaping companies play a crucial role in transforming outdoor spaces, my recent…read moreexperience in April/May 2025 with GoGreen Landscaping for cleanup and yard restoration work fell short of expectations. Here are the key issues that surfaced during my project: Quality of Work - The cleanup and restoration work did not meet the promised standards. Despite assurances of thoroughness, some bed areas were left uncleared, with debris and weeds remaining. Additionally, items like edging and pruning that were included in the scope of services were not performed at all. Beyond the dethatching, the lawn restoration work yielded a lackluster result. Customer Communication - Written communications with GoGreen were very frustrating. After pointing out the issues that I had with the work performed, GoGreen accused me of overwatering the new seed, planning to never pay in full, and finally of having unrealistic expectations. The issue was exacerbated after I partially paid the invoice for the cleanup work while waiting for improvements in the new lawn. After receiving some angry, defensive responses, I informed GoGreen they were no longer welcome at my home. I attempted to settle the balance by offering to pay for materials and dethatching since I now need to fix the issues myself or hire another company. I then received another email threatening me with a lien on my property if I didn't pay in full. This response felt heavy-handed and added unnecessary stress to an already frustrating experience. Despite my obvious displeasure with the outcome, I paid the outstanding balance in full. Conclusion - I'm sure after reading this review, GoGreen will write a response blaming me for the outcome. Nothing GoGreen responds with will take away the fact that I wrote this review because GoGreen failed to deliver what was promised in the original scope of work. So, if you have unlimited financial resources and have extremely low expectations regarding the outcomes of your home projects, then GoGreen might be for you. Otherwise, I'd look elsewhere for landscaping services.

Our experience working with GoGreen Landscaping was nothing short of phenomenal…read more For over a year, we had been planning on redo-ing our yard (front and back). After getting quotes from many other landscaping companies, we ended up going with Jesus for a few reasons. He was transparent and itemized with his pricing. He also was very friendly and easy to communicate with. When giving us quotes, he was able to recommend and price out different types of materials and options. The project included a large paver patio, multiple flagstone pathways, irrigation for garden beds (including raised beds), adding water spigots to a few locations and adding a gate to an existing fence. When it came to the execution, Jesus was flexible and allowed us to make a few design changes on the fly. They worked fast and efficiently, and always cleaned up the work area at the end of each day. It was great to see day to day progress and watch the yard come together as we imagined. We couldn't be happier with the end result, and would highly recommend GoGreen Landscaping to anyone who wants a hassle and stress free experience.
