As I was driving there, I passed Belle Tire (who quoted me lower than Discount Tire on phone) but since I was in Discount Tire parking lot, I decided to go in. I told them that I wanted a second opinion and was helped by Eric. He was so knowledgeable and kind, explaining everything very thoroughly, plus they had the tires in stock and could get it done an hour. I never even made it to Belle Tire for an in person opinion or quote! Yelp reviews weren't the best either. Eric made me feel comfortable (my car is my baby) & helped me get tires that fit my budget & purpose. He explained thread count & helped me fix my TSPM light that had been broken for over year! I can't wait to go home with my lady soon. I waited 2 hours at Costco yesterday and wasn't even seen thoroughly, in that same time, I got all my issues fixed right there on the spot at discount tire. At first I'm thinking I'd be there for a considerable amount of time, as four other people were waiting for repairs. The TPMS diagnostic check is free of charge. And a new sensor is just 100 bucks plus tax. That's not bad for the convenience. To my delight, they popped in a new sensor and reset my TPMS indicator light in only 20 minutes! After some research on Yelp I found that Tire Boss had overwhelmingly positive reviews for the services that I was looking for and my experience was consistent with others. I bought a car fairly recently and had developed a very slow leak in my front tire. I brought it into Tire Boss where my technician Eric greeted me in a friendly manner and proceeded to inspect my car in a short amount of time. Once he was done inspecting the tire, he explained to me that he found a puncture and quoted me a price to repair it which was lower than I expected to fix it. He did not push for any other unnecessary repairs and I even asked if my wipers needed replacements, of which he provided a detailed explanation of why the replacement could wait with an explanation of when I should get them replaced (when streaks appear). Once I agreed to the repair and price, the team quickly performed the service and I was ready to go -- in and out in less than 1 hour including a short wait. After it was done, Eric proceeded to check me out with an explanation of the services performed including filling up all the tires to the manufacturer's suggested pressure and pulled up the vehicle directly to the door. Overall I was quite happy with how quickly service was performed, the reasonable prices, no hidden fees, not being upsold on any items, and having the same technician work with me from the beginning to end of the process.

They were able to offer them at a competing price but with the sale price discount and, with a veterans discount that I I didn't know about previously, the cost dropped it even further below the cost of all the other tire places. While, I would give my one-time experience with the mechanics a 0 star rating, I would give the follow-up by the ownership and absolute 6 star rating out of 5. That averages out to 3 stars. I would say that I have rarely seen this type of follow-up and care for their customers and their experiences from any other business. This was truly the example of good business practices. Mark compensated me for the outstanding bill associated with my issue and then some for my horrible day. I will assume my experience was an anomaly as I have never had this issue prior to this day. Anywho, Just Tires was super busy on this particular Friday evening and I was informed to wait 2-hours. Thankfully, they have some stuff to entertain you with, including a TV in the waiting room showing Big Bang Theory, coffee, and if anything, free Wi-Fi so you can mindlessly scroll for hours as you wait. I was informed that I did indeed have a nail in my tire. Unfortunately, I had to replace two of the tires, as the tires were stock as was more bald than Mr Clean. The technician was nice enough to show me the nail and after figuring out which tire to get, I was out the door in no time. All-in-all, decent enough service, with no huge pressure to upcharge me.
