I didn't even care if their tires were more expensive than the dealer quoted, I wanted to give LZT my business. They did everything on the same day. I drove the car and couldn't recreate the noise she was hearing after circling around a parking lot for ~10 minutes. I made an appointment with Lindberg Automotive (after getting a referral to them from a friend) to get her car's front-end aligned. We dropped the car with the owner, Doug Lindberg, who is as personable guy as you'd ever want to meet. Doug called me after a few hours to have me come back over and look at the car because he felt additional work was definitely required. We got under the vehicle together, and I concurred with the issues he and his technician identified. Doug kept the vehicle overnight so his technician could make the necessary repairs, and I can't tell you how happy I was with the result. My daughter was also overjoyed with how her car drove. I could have taken the vehicle home and done the repairs myself (albeit much, much slower), but I was under a major time crunch given my daughter needed to get to work and home every day in the city. I trusted Doug to get the job done, and it was done quickly, accurately, and at a very reasonable price. I will be recommending Lindberg Automotive to anyone I know who needs a top-shelf, trustworthy shop for automotive repairs. I also told Doug that I'd be back whenever I had a repair I couldn't handle on my own. I love knowing I have a shop I can trust to do the job right if I need them.

Upon entry, I was not warmly greeted...actually ignored until I walked up to the tiny counter and asked the man there how much an oil change would be. He said $80+ for full synthetic and tire rotation was extra. No way; that's almost as crazy as Jiffy Lube, but at least they're more pleasant. Before I could say thank you, he turned around and continued stocking items on his shelf. There was one other man there down under ground and he didn't say anything either. Very poor customer service. I understand why this place is always empty when the other three car service shops in this auto mall are always packed. Poor attitudes and high prices typically lead to out of business. People that are not happy with their choice of profession need to move on and not be miserable. I also never understand how places like this can afford rent. Save yourself some money and deal with good people next door at Remington. Firestone is great too, but also expensive. If you want an oil change at Remington, and want to wait less than an hour, get there at opening time.

It was very kind and generous of him to do especially on a day that was extremely hot and humid. When you first walk in to the location, it is actually quite nice. Very clean and has lots of beautiful plants. It really is a nice atmosphere. Not like the usual dirty car repair place. While I was waiting, I noticed magazines in the waiting area. They had a great selection of magazines and they were up-to-date. It seems common that magazines that are available are usually outdated and several years old. Highly recommend!
