I have used this business on three different occasions. Two for brakes and recently for one that was related to noise. They looked and found where it was coming from and called me with an estimate. they fixed it right away when they had it in for a reasonable cost. They are extremely honest people who do not want to spend money that is not needed even when it comes to an upgrade. I was just elated they were able to change my Low Beam Headlight on my 2009 Lexus LS460awd car that I love so Dearly. My Lexus Dealership where I go exclusively for everything wanted to charge approximately ($2500) to change my low beam bulb as I had to buy the whole light system unit. That's so absurd!!! I was hesitant to take my car anywhere but the dealer. When I found out what was wrong with my car and realized it was a big expensive job-especially at the dealer, I decided to look at other places. I'm so glad I took my car here. They are patient, efficient and honest. When I picked up my car after they were finished, the mechanic (Bruce) was so nice and explained exactly what was wrong with my car and showed me the broken parts that he replaced. I have been using them for many years. Mr. Park is an honest mechanic. If they cannot do the work, they say so and not waste your time. The prices are reasonable. If its major work, you have to schedule as they are a very busy shop. But if its urgent, they will try to fit you in. read more

I needed a headlight bulb swapped out... knew better than to bother with the Dealer. Did some.research and ordered the bulb online... Ready to do it myself, watched some YouTube then psyched myself up. Done DiY on lots home improvement projects, why would this any different... riiiight? WRONG. I was SO happy I tried to have these guys help me... there was a problem with resetting the headlight back into the socket. The bulb swap was easy... I had to go get the rails adjusted, but these guys went above to try and do this for me... gratis. It's been several years since I used this auto repair shop. There has been no problem in the meantime, but recently the owner's younger brother has been doing bad manners to customer and try to overcharge repairs, so I'm trying to inform you. 1) They don't give customers detailed receipts for oil changes or repairs, only credit card receipts 2) There is NO detailed price list for repairs and oil changes. I typically do my own "hillbilly" car repairs using methods that would appall a qualified automotive technician, usually saves me money, and and I get by OK. But one thing led to another and I needed to pay a guy for some repair work - my first "paid for" repair in probably the last 15 years. A nice lady at the office recommended this place, told me of some good experiences, etc. If you're impressed by slick sales guys or fancy waiting rooms, or think the service department at the dealership is the only place for you, then by all means pay 2x more somewhere else, but this place is a really good value. I had no issues whatsoever. Saved me hours of cursing in the garage, the work was done by a pro, and the price was quite fair. read more

Honest shop. These guys are great. Oil change in and out within 30 minutes. They pointed out need for brakes and rotors on back and tires on front. Can't say enough how about how good they are. Needed new rear shock mounts on my 2009 Mazda. One shop said they wouldn't touch my car because it was rusty, another said I needed all new shocks and a third just didn't want to quote until they took it apart. Express took one look , gave me a very fair quote and had it repaired in 2 hours. They knew exactly what was broken and showed me the broken parts. Dropped off my Honda Fit and mentioned that there was a noise coming from my passenger front t. I suspected I needed new brake pads and my sway bar link needed replacement by the noises that the car was making. They called within 2 hours with a recommendation to replace the brake pads, rotors and sway bar links for a reasonable quote. Work was finished early the next day and I picked my car up with no hassle. They even took the time to show me my old brake pads which were completely worn down. Long read I know, but only have good things to say and would highly recommend this place. I've always been hesitant of getting car repairs done for fear of getting ripped off. I work retail in the area and have had customers walk in happy and excited turns out from having work done by this shop. From a car guy who just didn't have time to do something himself and express auto doing it for a price he couldn't resist to someone who has gone to express auto over the years and love their work. Today I joined their ranks. Stopped in for a quote and what options I would have as all the maintenance work kind of fell in the same short window of time. Got quotes for work and the ummteen different ways I could go about getting what I needed. The basic was tires and suspension work done. Employee leveled with me and asked if I had wholesale membership as I could probably fetch a better price. Gave quotes for fixing the worse side or both. Getting tires for the front for winter or doing the whole set. Definitely ate a lot of his time and had a customer call the shop back about their repair that was getting done. Repair wasn't going as smooth as their car was more messed up than first look. Their repair would take a little longer and was fearful the added time would rack up the bill. Employee insisted that's not how this shop works and what was quoted is the price and not to worry. Quite reassuring to hear and know they care about their customers. Call a few shops in the area for the last part of repairs. My bill came to about $450 and super glad with it. Asked for quotes in the area and were $550-650 and wouldn't include an alignment. This place was cheaper and did alignment as well so couldn't be any more happy. Drove my car home and had a smile on my face the whole time. The car handles great and feels like a new car to me. Many of the noises and quirks all gone while gaining my confidence the car will handle correctly in the winter snow/ driving conditions. Definitely be back with no hesitation (: read more
