I had a late lunch today at Harry Stone's Pizza, Burger & Ale House. The bar side looked like fun. I sat on the dining room side. I love love love pizza and ordered a small one with pepperoni, bacon and fresh tomatoes. It was a really good pizza. There was lots of cheese on it. The sauce had a nice sweet taste. Stopped here for a quick lunch driving through town. Huge menu with lots of options so it's great for groups. Our server was very friendly and patient, did not feel rushed at all which felt welcoming. However our food took a very long time to come out and some items weren't quite hot. I had the nachos which were baked and definitely loaded. The calzone type dish was delicious and piping hot. The fish and chips portions were huge! The first time I went there for breakfast and dinner and it was amazing, left a big tip and then every month following we attended the restaurant at least two to four times a month spending 50 to $80 at a time and leaving at least a 10 to $20 tip, I did have one time though I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza it was half cooked the waitress wasn't too nice and she kept my change, and I feel like since the prices have went up on food at the restaurant that the portion sizes have gotten smaller. Overall it's pretty decent place to go and pretty good food I've been a regular customer for 8 plus months now along with my girlfriend, you've been happy with every time you went in the quality of food and you will continue to go until we move away. read more

Burger was decent but paying an extra $1.50 for a slice of cheese and then another $1.50 for fried mushrooms seemed a little ridiculous (I received 2 tiny mushroom slices that looked to be canned - eww) My Coworkers Fries were crispy on the outside and still cold/frozen on the inside and tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in the fryer in 10 years - not edible My Side salad - more like side dressing. Salad should be a "healthy option" - I would've been healthier drinking deep fryer oil. I have never had such an over dressed Salad. It was disgusting and reminded me of eating lard out of a large jar with a tiny shovel. I've ordered pizza here before and it's always been good - not as good as the price would lead one to think - but good. On our travels we needed to stop and eat . Google showed this place so we gave it a try. We had the meat pizza, chicken souvlaki and a burger. No complaints from any of us. Greek salad was great and chicken souvlaki was great too. My family really enjoyed the pizza as well. We would recommend it for sure. read more

This happened a while ago and I realized tonight that it did not get posted on here, so here's the story. We had been going in for fish and chips for several weeks when we discovered they had been overcharging or double charging us for our drinks. I pointed it out to the manager (I don't know if she's still there or not) who got real uppity and defensive about it. Fine. We went back a week later and we were left sitting at the table while everyone else who came in after us was served. We finally realized that we were being ignored on purpose. I called the waitress over and ordered. Partway through our meal the same woman manager came over to our table to say that she was upset that we had made an issue of being overcharged and accused us of having been rude by calling the waitress and asking for service after sitting there ignored for so long. She then said she was not charging for the meal and that we were not welcome to come back! What an incredibly bad attitude and inability to deal with people! Even worse, I suspect she is a part owner in the business. NEVER have we been treated so badly anywhere - and after they double charged us for weeks on our beverages! Who knows how many other people have been and are still being overcharged. The beverages were supposed to be included with our meal deal - and they were charging extra on top for them. For catching them at , they banned us!! We are mature (almost 65 now) people - not trouble makers. This is a small town - she needs to watch herself before she puts the business in the ground. the only thing that saves it is pool tables, beer and liquor. We are locals, and believe me if the food was any good and the service was decent or at least not rude, we might still be eating there. Who knows - maybe the waitress and manageress are gone. Love this bar/restaurant. It's actually open late. Very surprised for this area but they've cornered the market so... Anyway, everyone was so friendly. George was amazing, helped me get an amazing panzeratti (sp). First time ever having one, never seen them in how states but I'll have go so a search for them now. Greek salad was amazing. Fantastic lunch find. The Chicken Parmesan sandwich was to die for with homemade tomato sauce, pizzas are so tasty and hamburger was made from scratch and very good. Even the gravy for the fries was homemade. Many items on the menu to choose from. Service was very fast and friendly. read more

They have really improved things, Last year things where going down hill but they have new staff and new managers. The service was really great We enjoyed my server Kirby, she really made us feel welcome. Our food was good, we all enoyed our meals. Hit and Miss...depending on which server you get or who's cooking your going to have either a good or terrible experience. Unfortunately it seems to be more negative then positive. Was here last week for a nice dinner date. Got the steak dinner and fish and chips. Steak was under seasoned and not rare...veggies where soggy on the outside and hard on the inside no butter or even any seasoning. Mashed potatoes where bland. Fish beer batter was crispy on the outside but soggy on the inside. Waitress was terrible barely checked in brought us our check then vanished for half an hour. 10.17 for our two beers...We put money on the table and just left. Over priced and overall a poor dining experience. Have eaten here a few times and have had better service and food. Would recommend the panzzaroti or wings. But wouldn't go here for a nice sit down meal. Have ordered take out at least four times for pizza where they have forgotten to put in our order when the place was empty. read more

My elderly mom and I came here for a late dinner (9-ish) after a long tiring drive. She ordered a chicken Alfredo pasta dish and I ordered stir fry with jasmine rice. We waited over an hour for the food and the place was empty. If we had had any alternatives at that hour we'd have left and eaten elsewhere. When the food finally arrived, I couldn't believe how bad it was. Mom's noodles were overcooked and had absolutely no flavor. My stirfry consisted of julianed green pepper carrot and onion with again no seasoning. The rice was slightly dry. I complained and was told the main chef had gone home and so just the cook was in the kitchen. The next day I complained to the manager and he gave me a coupon for 10% off my next visit. First, I told him these items should not be on the menu if they don't know how to cook them. I asked him what if anything he recommended on the menu, and he said their burgers and pizzas were really good. I went there another time for a beer and enjoyed it.
