Invisalign did not work for me. Dr. Brown recommended invisalign for what dentists refer to "underbite". He first proposed a 12 month of using the trays all the time and after that, he will give me a last set of trays to ware at night only. But it ended of being that he gave me trays for 5 months and then he said this trays are only for night time. He never gave me clear answers why he reduced the treatment plan from 12 months to 5 months. But he did not reduced the cost accordingly. What is worst is that my underbite was not corrected, my left lower teeth and jaw were hurting, he did some grinding on my teeth but did not solve the problem. Expensive mistake. read more

i have been coming to Dr. Harry Brown office for 20 plus years. i loved Dr Brown and was sad to see him retire. I met Dr Borna in this transition and immediately took a liking to her. She is kind and listens to your needs. Today i came in to change out a front bottom bridge i have had since i was 16 years old. i hated it and was so embarassed of it. She worked hard to make the replacement for me a painless procedure and made sure it was absolutely prefect. Today i received it and i wanted to cry becuase it is absolute prefection. I could not have asked for a better result. you can tell she really cares for her patients and goes above and beyond for them. Front office staff were very welcoming, while taking COVID-19 precautions serious. My hygenist Julie, made sure I was comfortable and gave tips on how to better maintain my teeth. Everyone here is extremely nice. I came from a couple of bad experiences with dentists. And over the years had develop the distrust of them. Dr. Brown changed that! Dr. Brown takes the time to answer questions and make sure you're comfortable. Crystal who cleans my teeth is super friendly and always greets me with a smile. I recommend this office to all my coworkers and friends. They have state-of-the-art equipment and bend over backwards to make your care as easy as possible. Alma goes out of her way to help with appointment scheduling when I have to change my appointments. And Vickie who oversees everything takes a personal interest in your experience. Last week I chipped one of my veneers (from a previous dentist) and the dentist I was currently going to told me that my only option was to get a root canal and a crown. I didn't understand why I couldn't just get a new veneer, so I decided to get a second opinion. That's when Dr. Brown came in and saved the day! First, he told me there's no reason I needed a root canal. Then he explained why the tooth chipped, what we could do to fix it, and how I can prevent it from happening again. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist Alma seemed nice. Well I had a meeting the day of the appointment and it ended up going longer than I expected. I called and Alma answered. I explained to her the situation and that I wouldn't make it because I was too far from the office. So I said I wanted to reschedule. With a long silence she finally responds with attitude , "well Dr Brown doesn't have anything for 2-3 weeks!" So I responded ok and that I still wouldn't be able to make it. She again responds with an attitude "ok!" I respond "you don't have to get upset with me. I'm sorry I can't make it." So she responds AGAIN with attitude, "it's fine! I'll tell Dr. Brown" Never asking me to reschedule or anything I just say good bye and hung up. I appreciate good customer service because I work very hard at my job at giving great customer service. Even at a dentist you still deal with "customers" and need to be kind and respectful to them. My husband and I have decided to not make an appointment with them because of the service that I received just over the phone. The people at the front of the office are first people you see and speak to and if they are rude then how will they be when I'm in that dentist chair! read more

I am 65 and have been a patient of Dr Brown for about a year and half. I have had several dentists in my many years but non as impressive as Dr Brown! His personal friendly patient skills are as impressive as his remarkable professional abilities. He is a man that knows how to serve others and give back to his community. I recently went through a nasty bout of head and neck cancer and he personally reached out me and mentored me through the entire experience to a very successful outcome! I am perplexed at the reviewer who criticized his staff for a bad attitude when she cancelled her appointment on the day of it. My experience is that every member of his office staff is totally dedicated to providing the highest level of personal attentive patient care I have ever experienced. In fact, if I ever had to cancel on the day of my appointment after they are so courteous as to make the effort to call and text you reminders the days prior to your appointment, I would feel so guilty for the time slot they had to give up because of me, I would have offered to pay for the missed office visit rather than write a critical review!
