The cleaning was scheduled for a Tuesday at 8am and her and her counterpart, Vanessa, arrived at 7:45am to inspect the home before getting started. Claudia walked me through everything she planned on cleaning, which I appreciated, and I stayed out the way to let them work. For a 1900 sq. ft. home, the cleaning took about 3 hours. They deep cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms, dusted, vacuumed and arranged necessary items to make the home look nice and tidy. The one-time cleaning service was $250, which included a deep clean of the oven as well. Claudia was super sweet and very personable, you can tell she takes pride in her work. She only accepts Venmo or Zelle, so keep that in mind. Her work spoke for itself and they did an amazing job! If you're looking for a reasonably priced cleaning service, definitely contact Claudia!!! Due to travel, we had to reschedule a few times and it's super easy bc they always send a reminder text a few days out and ask you to confirm or let them know if you need to cancel or resked. Day of, text when they are on their way in their arrival window. They can also come if you give a key when you aren't home if you are comfortable with that. The two gals who came this time to do the routine cleaning were Jordan and Naveyah and they were prompt, polite, and friendly with my little pup who loved following them around. I submit yes and think I can plan my day around the time I agreed to with two maids. Jokes on me. The first time my appointment was in the morning. I get a text 1 hour before they were supposed to show saying I am rescheduled to 1-3pm. No hey can you do this new time? Nope just you have been rescheduled. So my entire morning was wasted and I had to reschedule my afternoon plans. Today they rescheduled on me two hours before my agreed upon appointment and moved it up. I asked if I will be compensated $50 off since if it were the other way around I would have been charged. I am informed basically, management can't keep clients appointments that they agreed upon for that day if one of client cancels and I should be happy they gave me an hour back in my day (you know because they came early and screwed me out of my morning plans). They then also LIE and tell me they don't charge if their clients reschedule as long as it's the same day regardless of how much notice they give however their text message says differently. The maids are great but the management will waste your time with no consideration, no compensation and then tell you that you should be happy they did it earlier than what was agreed upon. I didn't complain the first time they wasted my time but 2 for 2 is completely unacceptable. Management is TRASH.

I'd say it's 95% clean, and given the amount of dust and construction remnants, they did great and the price was WAY less than others wanted. The last place kept texting me, raising the price, and when I got back, I had to clean again because they had used mildewed rags to clean with. They charged twice as much as 24k charged. When we sent the company photos and expressed disappointment, she said they'd send a refund. A few days later - nothing. So we bugged them again and they finally sent $50 - a partial refund for them apparently doing no work. They're not worth the money, the energy, or the amount of time you'll have to spend cleaning your place after they leave.
