While researching cleaning services in the area, I stumbled upon Claudia Manueles on Yelp, so I…read morereached out to her and was able to schedule a cleaning for the following week. The cleaning was scheduled for a Tuesday at 8am and her and her counterpart, Vanessa, arrived at 7:45am to inspect the home before getting started. Claudia walked me through everything she planned on cleaning, which I appreciated, and I stayed out the way to let them work. For a 1900 sq. ft. home, the cleaning took about 3 hours. They deep cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms, dusted, vacuumed and arranged necessary items to make the home look nice and tidy. The one-time cleaning service was $250, which included a deep clean of the oven as well. Claudia was super sweet and very personable, you can tell she takes pride in her work. She only accepts Venmo or Zelle, so keep that in mind. Her work spoke for itself and they did an amazing job! If you're looking for a reasonably priced cleaning service, definitely contact Claudia!!! You will not be disappointed!

I have used the services of Molly Maid for over ten years. However, recently I was sent two…read morecleaners, one of which was a disappointment. She only cleaned the front part of the kitchen counters. When I asked her to pull the toaster, canisters, knife set in a wooden block, etc. forward so that she could clean all of the counters, she wouldn't do it. Then she came again to my house. After she left, I went to my wallet and a $50. bill and two $20. bills were gone. I just called Molly Maid to complain. No other people have been in my house. I live alone. Wanda told me that I also complained many years ago about one of her employees taking a large jar filled with collectible nickels. I talked to her politely and never raised my voice. Instead of commiserating with me, Wanda told me to find another cleaning service to work for me. SHAME On HER. I have been an excellent customer all these years. Molly Maid must be bonded. As far as I am concerned, I am owed $90. and an apology. This is no way to run a supposedly good company.

Spend your money elsewhere. We hired them for a move out clean and I headed to work as soon as they…read morearrived. They made comments about the place looking really clean to start....and apparently that meant they didn't need to do anything. An hour later, they'd gone. When I got home, the place looked exactly the same. There was still dust on the blinds. I sprayed some floor spray and used a paper towel to wipe it up, and the photo shows the dirt left. The bathroom and kitchen were just as bad. Unfortunately I was left spending our last night in town scrubbing every inch of the house. When we sent the company photos and expressed disappointment, she said they'd send a refund. A few days later - nothing. So we bugged them again and they finally sent $50 - a partial refund for them apparently doing no work. They're not worth the money, the energy, or the amount of time you'll have to spend cleaning your place after they leave.

I'd say it's 95% clean, and given the amount of dust and construction remnants, they did great and the price was WAY less than others wanted. I definitely would recommend Courtney and her crew, and I'll be having them clean our new place monthly.
