The physicians who we've encountered outside of the ER have always been exceptional. For all the above I would give them 5 stars. But... The ER is sometimes a little too quick to discharge someone...a couple times we've ended up having to come right back within a few hours or go elsewhere resulting in admissions and once an emergency transfer of an elderly patient. I know they get busy, but there's still something not quite right going on sometimes.

I came to the ED twice this past week due to severe nausea and vomiting and was admitted on my…read moresecond visit. Every single person I came across was so kind, calm, and caring to me. I was admittedly freaking out bc I am a nurse myself and would never go to the ED if I didn't think I was circling the drain, and everyone was very attentive and understanding and patient with me. One nurse saw a concerning lab value for me and did a spot check to make sure it was correct (my glucose was low and I'm not diabetic) and caught a huge red flag for me that could have lead to a much worse condition if not caught. I was admitted that night and everyone from the PCAs to transport to nurses to physicians to dietary, every one was so fantastic. The facility itself was clean. I didn't see or hear anything disrespectful towards anyone (you know sometimes staff will chat or gossip in their down time but within earshot of rooms lol). I would recommend this hospital for everyone. I would feel so safe sending my husband and kids here in the future. Again, the staff and MDs here are phenomenal.

Christine is a caring doctor who has always treated me with respect. I have to go to the clinic because I have chronic pancreatitis and gastroparesis.
