My husband has been a patient of Dr Manchi for several years. He has a stent that Dr. Manchi put in and it doing well. He once saw me at the hospital and recognized me and came over to ask if everything was ok with him. I was actually there for another family member, but I was impressed he was so thoughtful. Dr Manchi has saved my life! Literally! I was fortunate to survive 2 severe silent heart attacks! My PCP caught with EKG and immediately referred me to Dr Manchi, he in turn treated me, stent and defibrillator and once stable referred me to the heart and lung team at Rudd. He was worried I might not be able to avoid a transplant wanted me to have the best avenue of help if so. ( Team including pharmacist, cardiologists, nurses, transplant team etc) They manage my meds and did a mitral valve clip surgery (2clips), assessed for an Lvad. Team members are always available to help! I have follow ups with both and went from 10 EFR to 49 EFR, I am now considered in recovery! Agree with previous review. He may be a good Dr but rarely explains tests and I still don't know why my heart rate is at 40 bpm and what to do about my leaky heart valve . Last week I had a weak heart, this week it's fine??? read more

The doctor seems fine, other than always being super rushed and talking as fast as he possibly can. The office over schedules visits, so there is no way you're appointment is going to start on time. Just waited for an hour before I had to leave. read more

At first this doctor seemed to be really good and considerate toward his patients, WRONG. After my husband was stat flighted to Floyd Memorial for a heart attack and he had to have a Stent put in, the doctor came in to check on him and run me and a couple of friends out of the room and accused my husband of being hooked on cocane. I mean come on, they had been taking his blood for two days, if he was on something it would have showed up!!!!!! It wasn't a week after my husband's heart attack that this doctor stopped returning our calls. At the follow-up appointment he came in to check him out and wouldn't even listen to our concerns or the pain my husband was in. Worst cardiologist we have been to. read more
