I've been to too many hospitals in my life lol, and of course when you check into the emergency…read moreroom, expect and wait based on personnel for any hospital. Be it this experience was different, sure the wait was awful, but anyone and not just me that needed anything, those nurses made sure to something for any request they could fulfill in that moment. many patients approachEd the desk, asking simply for medication while they wait, and like I said they did that and many others, they did their job and they did it really well. Once they figured out everything and I was able to be seen, they took care of me and I felt like family to strangers in company. Shout out to Katlyn, and making sure I was in the loop of what to do going forward, I felt very comfortable handling myself from this experience. I really appreciated the time they took to take care of me, I hope they all have a Merry Christmas and a Happy new year!!

My grandma came to this hospital due to an emergency and the doctors are so lazy they didn't even…read moreclean a wound that was real dirty. we found out that their was still leaves, dirt and grass still under the skin that was already tore over half way off which they should have done their job but they didn't and they never will! it's more than just a cut and they couldn't do their job and clean my grandma up properly. They better hope it does not get infected then we can prove that this hospital didn't do their job and then their will be a big law suit! We will be figuring out where to report this hospital this hospital should be shut down!!!!!!!!!! This hospital should not be open right now they do not know what they are doing at all if you have an emergency please go to another hospital if you don't then you will not be getting treated properly! I can't believe this, it's so unreal! Trump needs to start going after these hospitals that don't care about their patients! I cannot believe they letted my grandma leave in such bad condition such a shame and guess what they got paid for it when they should have not!! I will be blasting this hospital out everywhere including all my racing buddy's so that the truth about this hospital gets spread out to everyone in Kentucky and around Kentucky. I will make sure people know not to come here!!!!!! Karma will come back to this hospital and it will hit hard!

I had been having stomach issues for the past few months and have not had a primary care physician…read moresince my pediatrician. So, I finally put on my big girl pants and found someone close near by to help me out. Since the Middletown KentuckyOne was not taking new patients, I was referred to see Dr. Erica Gettis and thought she was great. I found it a little odd that I had to wait for my paperwork to be snail mailed to me to even be considered for an appointment, but then again I don't go to the doctor very much so whatever. A few days later I received a call from them to get scheduled and it was a fairly easy process. The entire building is very nice, including Dr. Gettis' office. She scheduled me for an Ultrasound and let me know about possibilities of gallstones and surgery. Getting the Ultrasound done was a pretty easy process as well, and they called me the next day to let me know that the test was negative. There were a couple things that irked me a bit; One being a technician/nurse that could not take my blood work and didn't really seem to know what he was doing, so I have yet to get my blood drawn there. The second being every visit I've had takes an unnecessary amount of time. My check up took almost two hours, and would have lasted longer if I didn't tell them that I was going to be late for a work meeting. I'm still satisfied to be a patient here though, and recommend Dr. Gettis to anyone in the East end needing a PCP.

I think she was nasty, her tone of voice showed it. It sounded like the hospital overworked her and she couldn't handle her job. Later on, there was an African American with short hair took me to her desk, she was very ice, professional and pleasant. The date of the service was 3/28/25.

There are a number of new roads with easy access from Old Henry or the Gene Synder. I went there today to get a doppler scan. They had all the Covid -19 protocols in place. There is a reception desk right inside the door where they take your temp and then you sign to say you have no symptoms of the virus. There was nobody there today so my wait was very short. The Technician came and got me right away and took me up to the lab. She had a student with her who was learning how to be a Tech. It was completed in a short time and I was on my way in no time. I highly recommend this facility if you should need a test. The medical center also offers a wide range of services, including a Healthy Lifestyle Center, diagnostic and medical imaging, physician care, rehab services, laboratory services, sports medicine urgent care and more.
