I had been considering a Mustang Mach-E for a while, and after "test driving" one at the Auto Show,…read moreI was even more convinced it was the right choice. I signed up to be contacted by Ford, and the follow-up came quickly. Less than a week later, I was test driving a 2025 at McCarthy Ford. Overall, I had a positive experience. I understand car sales can be demanding, but the energy when I first walked in felt a bit unwelcoming. My salesman, 'Rodney', was very straightforward but also personable and funny, which made the process more comfortable. I did notice a shift in energy once it became clear that I was serious about making a purchase. The Sales Manager was also very pleasant to work with. Nothing but good things to say about both individuals. While I know my deal may not have been the absolute best possible, I'm still satisfied with my purchase and happy with my overall experience. I really wanted to give 5 stars, but I'm giving 4 because of a separate experience involving a family member. Shortly after my visit, they went in to look at cars and left feeling belittled by a different salesman (Bill). They're younger, and this would have been their first major "grown-up" purchase. That kind of experience can really discourage someone, and it was disappointing to hear that were treated that way. Kevin from the Service department was also very nice when I went in for my recall services. I would recommend this dealer to other friends and family - and to request 'Rodney'!

I pondered about do I want to do this my self? Or go somewhere that will treat me with respect, tariffs or no tariffs. I stopped in at Mufflers 4 Less explaining what work that I believed that I needed, I had already went to Auto Zone and purchased the parts and asked for a quote. They examined the vehicle and quoted me 200.00 bucks for labor. They told me it was kind of busy and it would take about an 90 minutes I told them, have at it. I called my wife, she picked me up, they called me 1 hour later said that they were finished and didn't have to use all of the parts that Moe Manny and Joe said that I needed. With that being said I told them to also fix a exhaust leak that I had on the vehicle, I used the money that I had saved on taking the unused parts back to pay for that work that I needed. I am now a happy camper. The brakes don't squeal and the exhaust doesn't howl anymore on my 16 year old Toyota 5 speed. Low and slow is the way to go.

The Owner of this business insisted that I sit down every time I got up to see what they were doing. Once they took the back tires off, the owner told me that if I was paying with a credit card it would be a 4 percent extra charge. I told him that I was not going to pay extra and insisted that they put the tires back on. I left the shop and went to a more reputable shop and was told that I didn't need rear brakes. The owner of this establishment is ripping people off. I would not recommend this business. The owner is very shady, can't be trusted. Plus they stole a pack of disinfectant wipes from my car. If steal wipes, please do not leave anything of value in your car.

I asked if the wipers, radio, turn signals, etc worked. I also asked for a few photos of undercarriage. John's response was "We don't ship cars, people who ask those questions want cars shipped. "Not once did I inquire if they shipped cars. Their lot is over an hour away. I responded that people ask those questions to know if it is worth their time to drive over an hour to look at a car. John never answered the questions. I am guessing he didn't want to put anything in writing that would be proven wrong. Big red flag which lets you know there is a lack of integrity and honesty at this place. It seems the negative reviews are correct and the positive reviews are most likely AI generated.

I called and explained that I had a P052E code related to the PCV valve/intake assembly. After I gave him the make, model, and year of my vehicle, Ronnie suggested I contact the dealership first to check if the repair might still be covered under warranty. I really appreciated how thoughtful and honest that was--he easily could have had me come in and pay out of pocket. I followed his advice, and sure enough, the repair was fully covered under warranty. I was extremely grateful for that. I do have a few other repairs that need to be done, and I will definitely be going back to Ronnie for those instead of the dealership. That will be a first for me, as I've only ever gone to a Mercedes dealer in the past. Ronnie is highly recommended! I will definitely give an update once the repairs are done.
