They push my cart out and load everything into the back of my car while I get everyone else situated. Considering the amount of groceries I buy and that I'm often shopping with kids, this is such a big help and the highlight of my shopping experience. I wish this was a consistent practice at all Harris Teeters so I could expect the same service at the ones closer to me. But I do feel like it has a lot of do with their store manager, who is doing an excellent job at running this store. Aside from that, the produce section always has an abundance of options that are nicely displayed and the store as a whole has a variety of products I can't find anywhere else. The gas points program is also big plus and helps me save money at the pump. Overall great experience from beginning to end.

Harris teeter here had sharp edges under shelving so in reaching for an item with no upper clearance, it tore my skin and cut me. They said they were unaware of the situation and denied me any compensation. How are they conducting health department and Dept of Agriculture inspection requirements and not know? Truth is they couldn't be and not be aware of the split, broken and sharp metal from damage, as well as filth. This is a classic example how a large regional grocery chain doesn't take responsibility for situations like these. If they don't know that numerous sharp pieces of metal are sticking out in ways that can injure people when they peruse vegetables, how exactly are they handling their produce? It sickens me that these stores are managed like this. There are too many sporas etc. now this kind of stuff. Found the shelving was also filthy. Some of these stores follow rules designed to protect us. Harris Teeter? "We didn't know there was a problem." I still have a scar center forearm. Looks horrible. Wish I could post pics of the conditions there and on my arm. Didn't find this at Publix, Lowe's Foods, Lidles, Aldi, Lowe's Foods or Whole Foods. To avoid a lawsuit from these jokers, this is my opinion only. I make my statements only to help the public understand the importance of store safety and proper required inspections and I didn't find it here.

I think their prices seem a bit higher than I'd like to pay. $1.99/dozen for eggs. (Aldi sells the essentials for way less. I'm not ashamed to shop there for certain things.) I do buy meat at Food Lion. I got chicken drum sticks or 99 cents/lb. Their beer selection seems limited but unsure if it is because this store seems small. The staff was friendly. The Deets: When we had just missed the limited hours of the pop-up Dewey's Bakery holiday shop in Sherwood Plaza, my mother and I decided to pop over to this Lowes Foods grocery store next to it and get some last minute holiday food items. As far as aesthetics and appearances go, this Lowes Foods is very nice inside and follows the template for most of their stores with layout and selection. This store appears to be clean and well maintained also. It does not lack for any type of food station and grocery type as far as I can see, even pre-made food options to go, a beer den for grabbing a beer there, and a deli offering. They have a lot of produce right as you enter as well. Service and staff were helpful on our visit. Lowes Foods does tend to be one of the more expensive grocery chains around but there are many that say you get what you pay for...and this Lowes Foods tends to show that. Including consideration for price point just making it miss full 5 stars from me, I would say 4.5 stars here...it's pretty nice!

I ordered an assortment sub combo for 18 people. You get to choose meats and toppings and kinds of sub rolls. Also ordered a fruit tray for 18 and 1/4 sheet cake. The food was great and prepared exactly how I ordered it. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. The fruit was 10/10 and didn't last long lol. The cake was perfect, chocolate with chocolate icing. All in all Publix rocked for party prep. Be sure to explore their offerings. They are plentiful and you won't regret trusting these people with your party.
