the produce section of a grocery store

This is a busy Harris Teeter, with a tight parking lot. I use to regularly shop here years ago but will stop by when driving by on 526. The store was remodeled last year, and has an appealing look. But I find it's still rather tight in the produce, bakery & deli areas. I like HT for their assortment and variety, plus their prices are reasonable with weekly advertising on sale items. The produce is always fresh, and the deli/bakery has a good selection. Registers move fast enough, and they have a large self checkout area if you prefer to do your own. Join their Fuel Points to save money at the gas pump.

10:20 AM, produce is not out yet, this is a recurring problem with this Harris Teeter,

A long, long, time ago, Long Point Rd. wasn't much more than two lanes and a Waffle House, but many years later, it's home to Seacoast Church, Palmetto Islands County Park, and a newly-remodeled Harris Teeter. This is a typical Harris Teeter store, with thelocal products HT is known for. The store has a pizza counter, salad bar, deli/bakery, florist, and pharmacy as well as the usual groceries. It lacks a Starbucks, but there's one just across the parking lot if you need coffee while shopping. The grocery options are limited off this road, so you'll likely find yourself shopping here if you live or work in the area. The shopping center where it is located has everything else you might need (a liquor store, several restaurants, and a few specialty shops). With plenty of parking, you can easily park and buy groceries here then make your other purchases without having to move your car, which is always convenient.

Harris Teeter is an upscale supermarket chain with a better shopping experience than some of the other local chains. Brighter lights, nicer flooring, better shopping carts, nicer associates and I think better food too. I've shopped a couple "Teeters" and this is a nice one with all the bells and whistles, including a great deli section, bakery (free samples!), produce (more samples!) and a good beer and wine section (no samples). Prices tend to be a little higher than Bi-Lo and Wal-Mart but that's your tradeoff. It's bigger than it looks from the outside as they don't have a ton of windows facing the parking lot.

Harris Teeter in Belle Hall Shopping Center on Long Point Road in Mount Pleasant is a great place to shop for groceries. This is one of my favorite Harris Teeter location in the Charleston area as it always seems to be well run and managed. You can easily find exactly what you are looking for and everything is clean and well stocked. The selection here is great and while may not be able to find some items that you will be able to find in other locations they have all the major items that you need for a shopping trip. The deli section here is really good and stands out with their pizzas and different varieties of chicken. The staff here is really friendly and makes sure that you have all of the assistance that you need.

The location is pretty awesome right off Long Point and 526, however the parking lot is a little sucky with the tight spaces.

While still in the midst of opening what seems like a thousand moving boxes, I decided to stop by , check things out and buy a few things that normally aren't in my kitchen. Childhood favorites mostly. Now I will cut to the chase. Whoever monitors and/or stocks this store's bread aisle needs some serious counseling. I'm normally a fanatic about looking at expiration dates although Publix has never let me down and I was in a bit of a hurry to avoid rush hour. I bought hot dog buns and slider buns. I got home and pan fried those dogs, opened the buns and have never been so disgusted in my life. EVERY SINGLE one was covered in mold.,Yes, a picture is coming. But I was hungry so I thought I'll just cut the dogs in half and use the slider buns. Good gracious, they were hard as rocks. Looked at the use by date and it said April 8, it was April 11. So the dogs were done and I was out of luck. Then I remember the tortillas I brought with me from my Publix in Florida. So I made it work. This will certainly never be my grocery store. Even when I went to check out, there was no one in the open lines. Finally someone showed up. And of course no one offered to help me with my groceries. I usually refuse, but my back had a little issue after lifting all those boxes. I made do. No, I did not go back to the store for a refund.,I just want that bread aisle individual to get some training. I am concerned that if they allow this with the bread, what about the meats and produce?

Customer service is always good and if you ever have a problem, they'll refund or exchange without hassle.
