I really do like shopping at Harris Teeter since they carry many products not offered at other stores. My issue is constantly finding out of date products. On several occasions I have actually could shredded cheese packets that have gone green or blue. My most recent quest was to pick up a pizza brand only carried at Harris Teeter. Once I located the pizza, I noticed the meats looked odd. Upon further research, I located the BEST BY DATE OF September 2018. Folks, this was on 11/27. Looks like they are still lacking in the QA Dept.

    Little wine shopping this morning!

The best grocery store in Kernersville. Really like the management and there is always quick checkouts.

https://youtube.com/@makoace333…read more "One Star (Treat Us Right)" - Full Meaning Breakdown Inspired by a real incident at Walgreens Pharmacy, Walkertown, NC Style: Hard Rock / Alternative Metal / Protest Anthem This song is more than frustration put to music. "One Star (Treat Us Right)" is a stand against the growing culture of corporate disrespect toward everyday people. It speaks for everyone who's been talked over, mistreated, ignored, or belittled in places meant for healing. Based on a real and unacceptable experience, this is a voice for justice -- not just mine, but all who've been wronged. Let's walk through the meaning of each section. [Verse 1 - Walked Through the Door, No Dignity Found] The song opens with a visit to the pharmacy -- not seeking attention or special treatment, just basic care. But what greets the speaker isn't help -- it's cold stares, judgment, and condescension. The line "You wore that coat, but you're not my doc" challenges the staff who act like they hold the authority of doctors, using their position to belittle instead of assist. Worse, the staff compare their own lives to the speaker's pain, which is dehumanizing. You don't get to judge someone's suffering unless you've walked in their shoes. [Pre-Chorus - No Excuse, No Respect] Now the tension builds. The speaker isn't heard -- they're interrupted, silenced, and blamed. The manager steps in not to solve the issue but to escalate it, smirking like they run the town. The worst part: the speaker is told to apologize or lose access to service. That's not accountability. That's a power trip. [Chorus - One Star, Treat Us Right] The chorus drives the message home: that one star rating isn't petty -- it's earned. Being called a liar for quoting the printed date on a bottle is deeply disrespectful. We're reminded: customers aren't numbers. We bleed. We cry. We deserve to be treated like human beings. [Verse 2 - The Law's Not a Lie] The second verse lays out the facts: North Carolina law says 30 days between refills. But the pharmacy twists that truth and accuses the customer instead. The speaker boldly reminds them: we are the reason your business exists. Your title doesn't make you superior. Your job is to serve -- with respect. [Pre-Chorus - The Line's Been Crossed] This isn't a misunderstanding -- it's a repeated pattern. The line's been crossed, and now it's on fire. The speaker's not asking for special favors -- just basic human decency. And it wasn't given. [Chorus - One Star, Treat Us Right] The second chorus returns with even more power. The speaker won't back down. They won't let their truth be rewritten. They won't be shamed into silence. This is a stand -- not just for themselves, but for everyone who's ever been treated like this. [Bridge - Corporate Hear This Cry] Now the message turns upward -- to corporate. Walgreens, are you proud of this? This isn't a whisper. It's a cry for accountability. Retrain your team. Change your culture. Or shut it down. [Final Chorus - Shape Up or Shut It Down] The final chorus hits like a warning siren. This isn't just one person's complaint anymore. It's a whole community saying: we won't be silent. We won't be stepped on. Treat us with respect... or get out of our town. [Outro - This Is Not Over] The closing words are sharp and final. No more gaslighting. No more lies. No more games. This isn't over -- not until dignity and decency are restored. The fight is for every voice that's been ignored, every soul that's been disrespected. And the cry remains clear: Treat us right. Final Thoughts "One Star (Treat Us Right)" is more than a protest anthem -- it's a mirror held up to the system. It calls out the arrogance, the apathy, and the abuse of power. It reminds corporations: we are people, not barcodes. You don't get to silence pain. If this song echoes your own experience -- share it. Speak up. Let the truth roar louder than excuses. We're done being quiet. We are not powerless -- we are heard. #OneStarTruth #TreatUsRight #PatientVoicesMatter #WalkertownNC #PharmacyAccountability

Awful pharmacy, worked with a pharmacist named hghsam. Was denied a prescription after waiting 4…read moredays and then being told it was ready. After I got to Walgreens he told me he could not fill my prescription because he wasn't familiar with my provider. Would not recommend getting a prescription from this Walgreens
