They have regular grocery items , bakery , food, fruits veggies , ATMs etc ... they also have gas station outside and Tesla chargers .. Food was average .. bought a bbq chicken box and it was very sweet and cold . Will not buy food here in future . They have beers wine and other stuff . My son and I stopped in after a doctor visit to get a cake pop from the Starbucks and while waiting in line, Bharati came over and greeted us and was so sweet making conversation with my son and went and gave him a green balloon to match his frog cake pop! I love Harris Tetter to sop there the staff is so friendly and kind. Now for the pharmacy I'veneen going to them over a year until recently they have never got my prescription right they choose date to pick up your meds even if it's not on time they go over your 30 day refills. Today I had a rude un unknowledgeable pharmacist she was rude and had no time to rectify the problem, plus she mentioned I pick a prescription on a earlier date which was my daughters so they never looked on that the are accusing me of. Please don't go to the one in Ashburn they are rude and dismissive. I'm done and have transferred my prescription to another pharmacy. But today on oct. 17th the pharmacist was so off putting. Don't go there they change your 30 day supplies to when they feel like filling it. I'll never forget the rudeness and lies. read more

Lady in front of me in self checkout got the "Cash Only" register. Kid employee tells her "ring up your purchase at this cash only register then I'll process your card up at my podium" Then a CARD self checkout register opens up but he STILL wants that card at his podium. She goes to the card self checkout. Sus AF. Since women are smarter than men I follow suit away from this and I went to a real cashier. Is that kid skimming credit cards?? WTF ?? I come here every Sunday to do my grocery shopping. On several occasions I have had good service, but today's sales clerk Aman was exceptionally welcoming. He had a very pleasant demeanor. It's always great to encounter great customer service so I wanted to shout him out. On another note: My only suggestion for the store is that you train your baggers. My bagger was not responsive to my requests to not mix cleaning products with food. Instead he not only did not bag my cleaning products he piled them up in the basket without bagging them. Lately, bagging has become a competition as to how much can be packed in one bag. I bring tons of my own bags so my only ask is safe packing. Let me say I don't mind packing my own things. But if baggers do it, please ensure they are packing things safely. I've had more than one instance where my eggs were placed underneath canned goods, cleaning products with fruit/veggies and all glass in one bag. I always want to give honest reviews so that store leadership is aware of what's happening at the store. read more

She took a long time to ring up the custoner in front of me, mostly because she couldn't find the code for the produce. Out of all the Harris Teeters I've been to, this is one of them. It's one of the dozen in Ashburn so you'll see one in every neighborhood. I frequent Wegmans and recently Trader Joes but they aren't open 24/7 which is one of the few perks about Harris Teeter. This is one of the better locations in Ashburn along with the Brambleton one. Prices are higher than other stores but if you're a Vic card member, you can find some outrageous deals such as buy 2, get 3 free. Look for those deals and it's easy to shop here. Mostly found with frozen foods, certain proteins, dry goods, and some breads. read more

Open 24 hours, easy to get to with ample parking. This Harris Teeter is exceptionally clean and the staff has been overwhelmingly friendly. As far as grocery stores go Harris Teeters generally good, though can be a bit costly compared to their rivals (of which there's a few in a short distance away). They generally have a lot of great sales and discounts making up for the difference in price. It's all in how you shop. I've had a small bit of trouble with fresh produce at this location. We've bought strawberries that we discovered were rather moldy when we got home. Other produce has met a similar fate. Not sure if it's the luck of the draw or a QC issue. It's not always bad, but it can be quite disappointing to find out your food has already gone bad the moment you arrive home. But otherwise, I've never had an issue at the store and I'm definitely a fan. It doesn't hurt that this store is somewhat within walking distance from my apartment either. read more

-have been going here every weekday for last few months -about a month ago walked in at 6am store smelled like the power was shut off for a long time and food spoiled. Was told store was closed for cleanup. -bought eggs that made my stomach hurt bad on 3 separate occasions in last 2 weeks. -bought ice cream that was covered in ice, no stomach pain but it looked like the refrigerators weren't working correctly. -asked manager if there was something wrong with the fridges, was told no and that they checked them every 4hrs. I'm suspicious why the fridges would need to be checked so often if there was nothing wrong with them and if they checked them overnight when they are closed. -this is just a heads up, most of the food I bought here was good. The 3 times it wasn't really messed up my day. -also manager was cool, said I could return the eggs without receipt read more

This Harris Teeter is very close to me in Broadlands Ashburn. Very organized and clean store. On my shopping trip today I was going to buy a rotisserie chicken but when saw the double dipped fried chicken bucket for only $4.99 I changed my mind. Honestly at first I was not expecting the fried chicken to be all that BUT when I took a bite oh my I literally fell of my chair. Good thing I was standing lol! The chicken was so crispy from outside and inside it was so moist and juicy!!! The chicken literally melt in my mouth!! I am in love with this fried chicken and not to mention the price $5 bucks for 8 pcs!!! WOW. Hope to see this great price come back again as I will surely be going back for more FRIED CHICKENS!!! read more

Anyhow, I used to go to Harris Teeter back in high School at Fairfax like way back when they have to close. Ever since I drove by to work I find myself amazed how many Harris Teeter there is in Loudon County. First time i've been to Broadlands Marketplace i was shocked to see that familar store signs and how store is much larger and cleaner then fairfax. I'm using my old VIC Card two years ago and finding it easy to shop around. Things I like: Their self service check out express so awsome. I also enjoy their Sushi selection but beware they manufactured it from California. But wegmans sushi is better. Next their delhi department which it is affordable and somewhat tasty to eat, especially when I'm on budget. foremost they have good sale price like 2 for $7 strawberries that i bought weeks ago. They got Salad selection, organic foods, and international isle. they also have pharmacy but no drive thru. some Harris Teeter shopping centers you find either have Starbucks or Walgreens. read more

This store is easily accessible, not crowded, and conveniently stocked with what I need. Sale items are worthwhile and almost always ring up as priced. Max B. is one of the most courteous and attentive cashiers I have noticed at a grocery store. He's one of the only familiar faces that diligently worked through this COVID mess. Worst harris teeter experience ever. The staff doesn't care and some of their products are expired. The employees are just hanging around and not caring about customers. I was checking out and a cashier named Aidan said that the place suck and that's the place is lucky he's a customer service rep because he's management. When we first moved to Washington my wife went into an inner-city Harris Teeter for a few items before the hurricane 8/12. When she returned home with an umbrella, 3 split chicken breast and some parmesan cheese I almost needed oxygen when I saw the bill, $34. Beside, what is an umbrella going to do for you in a hurricane? My head was on fire. I told her to bring the grossly over-priced items back, immediately. Harris Teeter is a nice place to shop as long as you don't purchase anything at regular price. Boy, if you do, they will clobber you. I stick to the sale prices which are pretty competive most of the time. Their submarine sandwiches with Boars Head meat & cheese are great values when on sale $5 There meat and seafood is of pretty high quality. Regular milk price runs 25% cheaper than giant. Like this store. Always plenty of good options. You can find some great sales occasionally. Not a place you want to shop regularly- use Walmart for that. But they have a nice selection of deli meats and a good bakery section. They also have nice selection of fresh fruits, some exotic. Once when I was in there someone came on the intercome and announced for security to check out a certain isle. That's rather tacky. I enjoying coming to this Harris Teeter location because it is never really crowded like other grocery stores. I like the fresh produce and meat selections that are usually on sale with your card. It is a little more pricy than Giant, but easier to get it and out of than wegmans. read more

I am a frequent shopper here and the Brambleton location only because it's close to my house. I moved here from Florida almost 2 years ago so I compare my grocery experience to Publix as this was my grocer for so many years. Harris Teeter needs to up their game I feel. The bakery section is extremely blah. The deli needs a better hot prepared foods selection. Also, I have been so disappointed in both locations that I frequent when it comes to seafood. I am to the point where I will just go get my seafood from somewhere else like Wegmans or Whole Foods. 9 out of 10 times I either have to drive back and return it, or I just toss it out and lose the money. It always smells like ammonia when I open it or after cooking it. Ammonia smell means it's not fresh and I personally cannot eat it when it smells like that. This happens all the time with Harris Teeter and it's unacceptable. Also, there are constantly items I cannot find at all. Like capri sun, cream cheese, hot cheetos, gatorade, etc. They always tell me that they can't seem to get stock or keep stock, but then I drive over to Giant and it's no problem at all to get those items. I'm hoping a Publix comes around here soon but until then, I just hope they can get better. read more

It's open 24 hours. Even though the self-serve lanes (my favorite) are not open 'round the clock, I will still get up at 4am to go in there and shop in the peace and quiet of the graveyard shift employees. They usually have all the stuff I want in stock even though the prices can be a little much for my budget. I'm willing to pay the higher prices because of the luxury of avoiding people who want to question me and/or make small talk about what I'm buying. read more

The store is constantly understocked especially when it comes to dairy products. Time and time again, there are no Harris Teeter brand egg whites. When brought to the employees attention, still not in stock. Employees are mostly young teenagers, so the expectations are pretty low. The managers are clearly to blame as they are not doing a good job restocking the popular items, or making sure there are extras. read more

This Harris teeter is really nice. They have awesome deals and a good staff that works there. Also whoever makes their deli salads knows what they are doing because other Harris teeters have very sweet deli salads. It doesn't have a pizza area like the one in Brambleton but it does have very good sushi compared to the others! The people that work in the meat and deli department are always helpful and they also make a very good and plentiful sandwich which last for like three days almost. Store is very clean and due to the other two Harris teeters that are practically arms length from each other(Ryan rd. and Brambleton) they put a lot of their produce and meats on clearance faster and the items aren't even a day old yet! I got nearly $40 dollars worth of fresh meat that had the yellow sticker on it! Also they know how to fry chicken perfectly lol read more

This is my local store and I order staples from them through Express Lane on a regular basis. I find the staff to be friendly and helpful. My big complaint is fresh produce. I regularly buy boxed salad and even when there is plenty of time until the expiration date, it is slimy and stinky when I get it home. I now make the trek to Whole Foods because theirs keeps in the refrigerator for up to a week. It is a hassle and makes me want to buy my groceries elsewhere, despite the convenience. read more

Always seems to be clean. Plenty of parking. Harris Teeter seems to have a reputation of higher prices, but I find I can do just as well here as I can at the local Safeway and Giant stores. The employees are helpful and the check-out lines are not too bad. When it's really busy, the management team does a nice job in quickly assigning additional check-out personnel to unattended cash registers. Best of all (and especially at this Harris Teeter), the free samples in the afternoons are noticeably more plentiful and of a higher quality than some of the other Ashburn Harris Teeters. read more
