I absolutely love this place! They have so many fun items to try, some regular and others new items. I used to visit regularly and tried different dessert items (of course). I love the almond/croissant pastry thing. I also usually picked up random items including sauces, chips, dips, cheap wine, frozen items, etc. There were a few items I absolutely didn't enjoy including the black truffle alfredo sauce and the wines. They have some items that are super cheap (or decently priced) compared to other places including flowers, frozen items, some produce, desserts...and of course wine. The staff are nice when I approach them, but I haven't had many come up to me asking if I need assistance. Would I return? Yea of course. read more

I wish I worked here! Everything about Trader Joe's is so great! Staff is super helpful. They wear cool shirts and look very hip. Food is so good. I almost think there's some Trader Joe's factory in the middle of space where they produce those amazing frozen dishes that I can whip up in 3 minutes. One of my favorite purchases is the frozen Jap Chae. In 5 minutes I have a vegan dish that taste better than some restaurants. read more

Mixed feelings about this place. Can't really do a full shopping as they just don't cover all the non-food options. They often have specialty items that others do not and they have a very solid cheese selection only rivaled by Whole Foods and Wegmans. There's a focus on premade frozen meals that my wife and I just don't eat much (we are more into fresh food and cooking). Prices are reasonable and customer service is good. Busy as usual, with numerous employees politely dashing around to restock between rushing customers. Lines for the cashiers, I didn't look to see if every lane was open but it certainly felt that way. Even with the continual flow of customers my cashier, Casey, packed my groceries beautifully and with care. I don't frequent this Trader Joe's but if this is how they take care of their customers on a busy Saturday then shopping here off hours is probably a great experience. read more

I feel like this TJ outlet has more merchandise than my local TJ. I love the fact that this shop is bigger and brighter. No social distancing inside since I noticed that the store was busy and hardly anyone was observing it. Masks are required to enter the premises. Just do it. We are big fans of Trader Joe's. This location is awesome. The store is incredibly neat and organized with spacious aisles. We found everything we needed and then some. Prices are always reasonable at TJ's. Employees are friendly, patient, and take the time to chat with you. We've always loved all the employees at almost any Trader Joe's we've been too. This trader joes is awesome Service is always incredible. I was there with my baby and the crew members were helpful and friendly and even gave him a reusable bag for his "first visit"! It was so thoughtful and kind! I wish I remembered his & her names. The food is great and cheese selection is of course awesome So far its the only grocery store that has "light" sliced cheese (HT's, whole foods, wegmans..none have it, weird right?) The produce is also pretty fresh. It's a small store but always clean. It's the ONLY trader joes I've been to where parking isn't a complete ZOO. This is a newer Trader Joe's located at One Loudon, it's larger than many I've been in. Aisles are wide and the store is clean and bright. They offer the usual selection of Trader Joe's branded items and seem to offer newer items sooner than others. The wine section is large and offers the usual great values. Produce is fresh and high quality. Baked goods are delicious. There's a tasting booth in the back right corner of the store which offers different food samples and coffee daily. Staff are cheerful and helpful and checkout lines are a breeze. They don't let you wait around at checkout, before a line even forms they'll immediately open more registers to keep things moving. If you've never been to a Trader Joe's this will be an eye-opening experience for you. You might even become a convert to TJs. Your wallet will definitely thank you! read more

The shelves are fully stocked and the staff is eagerly around offering assistance to anyone who needs it!!! Tons of fresh flowers as soon as you walk in the door!!! I like that they had a crew member right at the door passing out carts as you walk in. Definitely a big help for traffic control! The store is full of energy but rest assured there is plenty of everything for everyone! Added bonus if you like wines, they had a small tasting table set up to let you sample some of their white wines!! If you are familiar with the old Fresh Market location then you know where to go! This is not a traditional grocery store, you can still find most of the basic items (vegetables, fruits, bread, eggs etc.) when in a pinch but it really gets a high score in the many unique items (many of which are international) it carries. Most of the items are very moderately priced and the customer service is great. It does also have a rather unique yet cost effective wine (and beer) collection. We visit this store at least once a week and I highly recommend them. I would suggest that the store consider carrying some more organic items (especially fruits and vegetables). read more

This is my favorite shopping place for food. The buyers totally align with my sensibilities. It is so easy to find vegetarian or vegan options and they are prominent. The depth and breadth of ethnic food is eclectic and astounding. I can get biryani, green onion pancakes, Kim Chee, whatever in the same trip. Prices are reasonable and service is always great. Love!!!! Finally Trader Joe's is in Loudoun! This location is perfect! It's in one Loudoun with ample parking space. So,I finally happen to go there today. It's a very clean store, neatly arranged and seemed to b well stocked. There is flower and succulent section at the entry,which is beautiful and well priced. Veggies and fruits are fresh. The selection of frozen food,dips, juices , chips and beverages is incredible. We got California sushi rolls and veggie masala burger patty. Sushi was good and so was burger . In the past, I have enjoyed Trader Joe's mostly for the novelty frozen and other items. It's not really somewhere I could do my weekly grocery shopping; it's more somewhere that I go to every few months for the heck of it if I'm nearby. On my most recent visit about a week and a half ago, I bought some organic chicken. It smelled up my fridge and turned green almost immediately by going rancid, even though the sell by date was still a week away. I'm still trying to get the smell out of my nose!!! read more

TJ's the unconventional super market. There's a certain upbeat energy when entering a Trader Joe's. I chalk it up to always friendly staff and how well lit and well stocked this location always is. I can't think of a store I enjoy browsing more than here. The store is jam packed with delicious and interesting items. Sometimes it's a bit tough finding particular items because all the goodies are placed so close together. It's never an issue because the staff know exactly where every time is and are more than happy to walk you over to the exact spot and show you where it lays. This is key because often times other places only describe where the items are but that doesn't teach you anything. Some of my favorite unique TJ items are: everything but the bagel seasoning, the green dragon hot sauce and the organic old fashioned oat meal. I always look forward to coming here and another incentive is that they give out free samples of certain items and you can wash it down with a free tiny cup of coffee. read more

I was estatic to find a Trader Joe's in One Loudoun. It's centrally located to a lot of neighboring cities (Sterling,Ashburn, Chantilly) and has excellent customer service. I forgot to bring a damaged product back to the store for a refund, and instead of having to hike home to get it- they just refunded me! It has a much larger parking lot compared to other TJ's in the area.Great variety of snacks, fresh produce, and frozen meals. read more

There is two things immediately noticeable about this location which make it not like all the others. First, there is ample parking! Every Trader Joe's I've been to from many in California to Reston and Bailey's Crossroads have super tiny parking lots which can be a nightmare during busy times. This location has a decent sized lot, and a parking garage next to it. The other difference is that there are cart returns in the parking lot. I don't think I've ever seen cart returns at any other TJ's. But, this is probably just because the previous grocery store that was here had them. The aisles inside seem to be a bit wider than other locations which is also a nice difference. The one downside is that the wine section is not as big as the ones in CA. Oh well. I'll still give this location 5 stars because the parking and cart returns make up for that! read more

Big parking lot.....let that sink in for a second. If you've been to TJ's you know that this is typically an anomaly. People joke about it but in all seriousness it's real, their parking lots are painfully small and navigating them are a nightmare (Reston, VA i'm looking at you). This location does not suffer the same fate, the lot is spacious with an abundance of spots and even a cart-return area located in a few of the spots. God bless whomever is responsible for this. The store itself is about the normal size - although it feels much much smaller on the weekends when it's packed. It's the only grocery store in the complex/area so for the residents of One Loudoun it's their first and only quick option for them and thus there's never a time period where they're aren't a few dozen people there. Another bonus about this store is their inventory, they stay stocked up on their products. There's only been one time where i've gone and haven't been able to find what I was looking for due to it being out of stock. read more

Finally.....Ashburn can have their own TJs and not have to go to Reston or Centreville. Both of those locations were OK, but having to fight people for parking at Reston or nearly running into people with carts in Centreville didn't add to the appeal. Every time we have gone to this TJs the staff has been nothing less than helpful. So much so that one of the young baggers offered to help carry bags with an umbrella during a major torrential downpour. The location is always clean and never seems to be out of anything (also helps when we go in the evening during a not so crowded time). They carry pretty much every product you would want and most things that have expiration dates are within a reasonable range. Keep stocking up on your flowers and wine, and I will keep returning again and again! read more
