That's their only consistency. To be honest they really don't care, they know their tone is rude, they know they speak too fast, they know they impatient, but it doesn't impact their pay at all. So they're going to continue to be rude, quick with you, and have a horrible tone. Want to schedule an appointment? You're going to have to call. And the person that always answers is going to have the worst tone, and be extremely impatient with you. It had already been diagnosed by a dermatologist as a benign cyst.This was explained to the staff prior to setting the appt. We were told and I quote "this is routine and we will get you right in." My family member shows up and never even meets the doctor. The office staff are demanding panoramic X-rays of the jaw and teeth. Keep in mind the visit was for a cyst removal on the inside of a lower lip. They said until we did the x-rays, the doctor wouldn't even see them. Then the nurse or dental assistant explained that this would be very expensive... I should mention we told them we would be cash patients because of no dental insurance. All she kept reiterating was how expensive this would be. I doubt this doctor even remembers the hippocratic oath. My relative was sitting there in discomfort, expecting to get the cyst removed only to find out that if they did not get the panoramic x-rays on parts are their mouth that had nothing to do with their medical issues they would not be seen. Typically the doctor comes in assess the situation then orders the modality of care appropriate for the situation correct? This place is run by a shakedown artist and no one should send their family to this place ever. I wonder if this place is mobbed up they seem to have the extortion part down real well.
