I find it extremely disrespectful and frustrating that I had an appointment here on September 30th…read morefor a biopsy. I called ahead of time to let you know that I was going to be a few minutes late, and I was initially told that it would be okay. However, I was later called and told that I could not come in because I was required to arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. I was told that this procedure was different, that it required more time, and that the people responsible for collecting the samples were only available at a specific time. Because of this, I was told that I would have to reschedule for the following week. I rescheduled and followed the instructions exactly as I was told. I drove three hours from where I live and arrived 30 minutes early, as requested. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM, and I arrived at 10:30 AM. It is now 11:36AM, and I still have not been given any information or an update. I find this very frustrating and unfair, especially because when I was in this situation before, nothing could be done to accommodate me despite the fact that I had already driven three hours to get here. I made sure to follow every instruction this time, arrived early, and yet I am still waiting without any explanation. I understand that delays can happen, but considering what happened during my previous appointment and the fact that I made a three-hour trip specifically for this appointment, I feel that this situation is extremely disrespectful of my time and effort. I would appreciate an explanation and for someone to address this situation.

I did check in on online (I highly recommend anyone coming here do so) but needed to know if I owed anything. There was an issue with my billed amount that the gentlemen at reception noticed right away. So it took a little longer for me to be called back as he wanted to get that resolved. I wasn't called back until 9:05am. My mammo went fine and the techs were very friendly. I was also able to speak with the manager on duty as I had another appointment schedule at 11:15am and he was able to speak with the tech and get me in sooner. I really appreciated the effort as I wasn't expecting to be able to get in sooner. I will share, it was a rough morning for them as their X-ray tech called out so they were behind there. Their CT machine was down so they were dealing with that as well. The service has always been exceptional here and I feel for their situation this morning but I also recognize, it's not the norm for them. Because this is one of only the imaging locations in the area, it's super busy. So give yourself a little extra time for check-in and upload your documents/check-in online if you can.

It has now been over two weeks since my X-rays were taken, and I have yet to receive the results…read more This delay is extremely concerning, especially given the importance of timely medical information for proper care and peace of mind. In addition to the delay, I have made multiple calls to your office seeking assistance and clarification. Unfortunately, each interaction has been frustrating and unproductive. I have been transferred between representatives without resolution, and on several occasions, I was assured that a supervisor would return my call. To date, I have not received any follow-up as promised. This lack of communication, accountability, and urgency is unacceptable. As a patient, I expect a basic level of professionalism, especially when my health. Will never come back there Carmen Roque

I appreciated the way the staff welcomed me and brought out materials for me to fill out. I was unsure of exactly what to expect since I had a doctor look at my veins years ago and tell me there was nothing more that could be done. Dr. Nwobi's office offered me hope and a possibility that my lower left leg may not be too far gone. It's nice to have a nice set of fresh eyes look at your situation and offer alternatives. I'm so pleased my PCP, Dr. Osama Ansari, referred me to Dr. Obinna Nwobi's office. I truly feel cared about and the focus is on my vein health. Nice Community!

This place honestly deserves so much more recognition…read more The doctors here actually think. They ask questions, they connect the dots, and they actually try to find the reason behind what is happening to you. I can honestly say they have basically saved my life twice in the past year. Both times, I had already been evaluated by other doctors who told me everything was fine. I came here afterward, and the doctors here noticed things that others didn't. Most recently, the doctor who saw me thought about WHY this was happening and recommended that I investigate it further. I listened to him, did exactly what he suggested, and ended up discovering something important that I am now able to take care of before it could cause much bigger problems. I cannot explain how grateful I am for that. And it's not only the doctors. Everyone here, including the people at the front desk, has always been kind, professional, and caring. I grew up in Eastern Europe, where I was used to doctors really trying to understand WHY something is happening, not just giving you painkillers and something to cover the symptoms and sending you home. That is something I have really missed here , and it is exactly what I have found at this urgent care. There are very few medical places I genuinely trust, and this is one of them. I'm incredibly grateful for the people who work here and for the fact that there are still doctors who take the time to listen, think, and look for the actual cause instead of only treating what's on the surface.

It could have been an allergy or something else, did not even try. No meds, no diagonsis, no dismissal documents. Very rude people. She went straight to Care Spot. They found she had post nasal drip that caused tonsillitis on on side. They gave her meds. They took the time to explain and actually looked in her throat. If I could do 0 stars, I would. Seems to me, they just want to bring people to charge insurance and that's it. Very dissapointed. Needless to say, no more MD now for my family. If you look at the BBB, they are not even accredited!!
