Horrible !!! They canceled my appointment and I was on hold for a total of 32 minutes , I got there while still on hold and placed the phone on speaker so that they can see that I'm still on hold . Four ladies were present and on their computer and I told them I was placed on hold for a total of 32 minutes and none of them had patients in front of them to justify keeping me on hold , it was intentional on their behalf . The call would ring and placed me back on hold , I hung up and called back and a voice quickly said " please hold " and it was done more than once . Office manager showed up and as I was trying to explain the situation, needless to say , she gave me a clipboard and walked of , very dismissive with zero interest in what I wanted to communicate, which was my frustration due to their lack of customer service skills. I can see why the ladies at the front showed no interest in picking up the phone after placing me on hold repeatedly. I'm currently seeking a primary care and you guessed it, after telling them that I would , they simply carried on with their day . Horrible phone service and phone etiquitte. We had to ask for a referral to be faxed 3 times, as the staff unable to get the information correct for the referral. When calling back to get it resolved, on hold for long periods of time. read more

I used to be very happy with this PCP 5+ years ago, I can not speak to office etiquette at this current time. Recently, I just was reached out to about a bill that was 5+ years old. I have not been using this PCP for two years, and the first time I hear from them is for a bill - called daily for this by the office for a week. no emails. no discussion in office with my many visits post this bill hitting their office. I was Cleared from office as having no bill many times when this must have been on my account. This is a very questionable practice to not disclose bills in office and only after many years have passed do they attempt to collect. Be aware. read more

When I called them they put me on hold and then 12 min later they answer the phone and put me on hold again. There's no text/email to reschedule your appointment. I just have to hope someone wants to answer the damn phone to reschedule. read more

Not in top of their practice. Seems like they cltake care of their patients at their convenience. I have called several times in the past about refills and it takes 3-4 times for me to get an answer to to get the refill filled. I sent the doctors office the result of an exam I took where another doctor saw something on an X-ray and to date I've heard nothing from my primary care physician. I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor. During my first visit, they rushed me and I was not given the attention I needed. They also did something to me that led me to feeling dizzy and passing out in their office. I've never got dizzy and passed out in my life, that was my first time. I cannot recommend this doctor to anyone, I wouldn't wish this experience on my enemy. read more

The ONLY reason I am giving 3 stars instead of fewer, is because I've never had an issue with the actual practitioners. However, I am sitting here now and I asked the receptionist for tissues because shocker, I am sick and need tissues at a doctors office. She told me she would go in the back and get some after checking in a guest. 15minutes later, still no tissues and she has done several other things. All the while this is 25min past my appointment time, which one expects to wait at a doctor, so I don't slight that, it's just the cherry on top. Omg, this is the worst place for you. I made an app early in the morning (7:45am) one month ago and I specifically told them that I needed to go early because of work, I got there at 7:30am, they put me in one room and I waited (without exaggeration 55) and no one, absolutely no one came to see me. I went outside and I told them that I had to go to work but they didn't care and it was obvious, they didn't even remember that I was there. Super unprofessional, not worth it. The nurses I saw at my appt. were great, the issues I had were with staff follow up. I needed 2 tests that had be ordered and only 1 was scheduled, finally got that resolved. Then I have been waiting 3 weeks for a prescription that was supposed to have been called in the day of my appointment. The pharmacy never received it. So I happened to get a call from the office about something unrelated and I mentioned it to the coordinator I spoke with and she said she'd get it taken care of. The pharmacy still doesn't have the prescription. I have tried calling them on a few occasions and can never get through or if I do, I get put on eternal hold and no one ever picks up again. So I tried using my online patient portal to request the prescription a third time, still nothing. I don't know what it's going to take to finally get my prescription. Then I received an Email with the lab results for my bloodwork from my initial visit, and while that's great, I have no idea what any of it means. There is no explanation and I am not a Doctor, and no one has called me. At this point it's whatever, but I would like my prescription. Doubt I'll go back, everything just seems to be a mess. read more

This office is absolutely awful. There are two providers that I enjoy, but good luck getting an appt. The office staff needs a complete overhaul! The front end is so rude and unhelpful. They were talking about how their previous office manager was termed. Somebody new needs to take over because this is a travesty. The latest PA must be fresh out of school. She prescribed me the wrong meds and then she still has yet to put directions on my other medication. I have been waiting two weeks and every time I call they say, we'll the pharmacy is probably trying to fax us but we don't have a fax machine. I asked for them to call the pharmacy but they refuse! It is their mistake! Then they told me I would need to make an appt to correct this?! This place is a scam of a dr office! Unbelievably frustrating. Everytime I need to get ahold of them they put me on hold for half an hour to an hour at a time. They have hung up on me several times. Even when they answer the phone they cannot answer my questions (about a simple prescription refill) and they say theyll call me back with an answer AND THEY NEVER DO. The girl who answers the phone always gives me conflicting information and just hangs up after you have been on hold for an hour. I have given this office so many chances but when it puts your personal health at risk and this unreachable office makes it impossible for you or your pharmacist to get ahold of them, enough is enough. Everytime my prescriptions need a refill my pharmacy can't approve it because they cant get ahold of this office. I have had serious medical problems due to running out of my medication and not being able to get a simple refill because this office is impossible to work with. I finally had to just find a new doctors offic because the front desk people are THE WORST. Its a shame because Dr. Quinones was kind and had great bedside manner. But not good enough for me to put up with the rest of the team. read more

Absolutely terrible service. I made an appointment in the morning and waited over 30 minutes in the room with nobody coming in. When I made the appointment I was told I needed to be on time because I would be charged a late fee if I was even five minutes late, yet they have absolutely no respect for your time and don't care how long you sit around waiting. Do not go here unless you have plenty of time to sit around waiting for them to see you regardless of your appointment time. read more

I have been seeing this dr. For 8 years . The office has seen a lot of staff changes. I'm never sure what they will mess up next . My scripts get call in wrong and blood work for important test is not done at all . I waited for results that are not there. In the middle of my consultation the dr. Walked out of the room and started seeing another patient. They just left me sitting because the nurse or staff couldn't tell me they made a Mistake. After I rescheduled they redid the blood work and the cowardly staff(not dr. Harris ) drew straws to face the big bad patient. Good luck getting consistent care here maybe their better for men my husband says he has no problems.one last thing not all my issues are with the staff the dr. Mixes up script . I have been going here for years but my last few visits have been awful. I understand you are a learning facility and have P.A. students...but how about not let them give a diagnosis when they clearly don't have full knowledge of what it entails. Since a certain diagnosis I have received everytime I am there I walk out feeling absolutely awful, the bedside manner is atrocious. I had to find a new doctor as I was really sick and was reffered by a friend. I called and they got me in right away and the staff was so friendly. I did not have to wait long and went back for my physical and blood work and the woman who took my blood...well I didn't feel a thing! Avoid at all costs! I was a new patient and went in for a first visit so I could keep up with my blood pressure medicine that also regulates my somewhat irregular heart beat. I am required to get a 3 month prescription per my insurance on regular medication (caremark). The visit was rocky to say the least but I got my medicine and moved on thinking I was over thinking the visit. I called them recently to get a refill and was told that I had to wait 24 to 48 to even get approved for the refill. After waiting and becoming very low on my medicine, a one month script was called in for me. It got rejected because of the 3 month rule and I reached back out to the office. I was told that the doctor was requiring to see me for a visit before I could be prescribed the medicine. So I can get a one month script but not a 3 month!?! I work retail and have a very erratic schedule, one that would prevent me from being able to visit the office for over a week! I have never had this happen at my other doctors and am taken back about how hard they made it to get a medicine, one that if not taken could take my life! Their solution was for me to stop in and take a sample to get me through till I could manage a visit... If I could make it there, don't they think I would get my check up? This Place is a joke!!! Dr. Harris has a very busy practice and has been caring for me for about 4 years. His office staff answers the phone hen I call no long wait times to schedule an appointment. He has a staff to draw lab work, perform an EKG, chest ex ray, pulmonary testing. He keeps me current with my vaccinations and my prescriptions that I take. His office is open late and on Saturday. I never have to wait long can get right away. He staffs his office with fantastic nurse practitioners. I am thankful for his practice and taking such great care of me.. read more

I did not have the chance to meet Dr Harris, although I can tell that the team is just terrible. They dont feel like helping anyone. I went 3 days, 3 days arriving late at work because they dont know what they are doing. They just told me that they cannot help me. The staff is friendly and fast my only issue is with my refills on my allergy medicine. I always have to call in and have them refill it as I told them over and over I have year allergies and I need to take this everyday. So when I have to wait for it to be filled and I haven't have it in a few days I can tell the difference. I have so much discomfort in my face. read more

I have been a patient at Metro West Internal Medicine for years. For so long I was becoming numb to be mistreated poorly by the staff. I had enough and decided to switch over to Dr. Harris Office 2 months ago. The BEST decision I have ever made when it comes to my health. I see Dr. Christina W. The staff answers questions with a smile. Dr. Christina is so compassionate and she really listens to you. This office is definitely looking out for us the PATIENTS! I am scared to death of needles and what I really love is that they take your blood right here in the office so you don't have much time to think about it. You walk over to the next room and just like that my blood was painlessly taken but an awesome blood taker. LOL.. My visits have been so pleasant I am still in disbelief at why I stayed so long with Metro West they were horrible over there. Thank you Harris Internal Medicine. I can't stand it anymore!!! This office is horrible! They go through PA's like there is no tomorrow! Sensitive information has to be repeated over and over again. This is a true money making operation as you have to come in for EVERYTHING!!!! Rx's are never faxed. Days later call trying to get them to fax scripts and it's a big deal. Don't go! I have never had a more terrible experience at a Dr.'s office. I was left in a hot stuffy room for awhile before anyone came to see me and when someone did it wasn't even a Dr. and when she examined me and left to talk to the Dr. I could hear both of them talking poorly about me and the way I was dressed. The nerve of some people. Maybe they need to talk in softer voices. They were supposed to call my prescriptions in when I got to the pharmacy that had not dne it. I had to call them to check about it and theyactually LIED to me and told me that they didn't have a pharmacy number. When in fact I had given the NPA the pharmacy number the first time that she came in. NEVER EVER EVER would I refer anyone I know and care about to this place. You're just a dollar sign. Take my advice and find another doctor. read more

I had the worst experience here! I brought my husband in this week with a horrible fever of 104! My husband was shivering of being so cold that ended up with purple lips.. we waited over an hour for the so call "Dr" to come in just to say " Oh I can't do anything ". She didn't even try to give him anything for his fever to go down. She can see my husband in pain and pretty much blows his off!! She then got us an ambulance which we had to wait for another hour!! My husband asked for a blanket and the nurse comes in with CLEANING RAGS!!!!!! Your giving me cleaning rags to cover my husband up?!! Not to mention how unprofessional the nurses were talking about a vacation a nurse had getting drunk and passing out and listening to another nurse giving him a "High Five" !! The hilarious part about it was that the Dr. Then comes in and says " I have to close the door for privacy purposes of other patients. " GIVE ME A BREAK !!!!
