The care provided by the Practioners is great when you can get in. (Mind you that none of the providers listed in the photos here on Yelp! actually still practice there. Maybe they too got sick and tired of the incompetence that surrounds them.) There have been multiple times where asking for the renewal of a maintenance drug presciption has been lost in the black hole of the administrative team. Care is not a wod that the admin staff knows. When the doctor says to schedule an appointment 3 weeks from now and I tell them this, they offer me an appointment 4 months into the future. (I can recommend a good ENT for the staff because they obviously are hard of hearing (actually, I think it's hard of listening.) They are still my practice of record, but as much as I like the practioners, I can't abide by the incompetence and negligence of the team surrounding them. I am actively searching for a new provider, but don't hold out much hope for getting much better as this is the state of healthcare in the State of Florida. UGH!

I called the doctor Monday Aug. 23 at 2:30 pm, I called again Tuesday Aug. 24 in the morning, lunch time and again at 4:20pm. Wednesday Aug. 25 I physically went to the office to talk to someone. They faxed over information to my insurance but they called me and denied the claim a second time due to requesting a peer to peer with the doctor not having my chart faxed. I called the doctor's office again on Wednesday Aug. 25 and again on Thursday Aug. 26. I have not heard back from them and my insurance has not heard back from the doctor either. This is the most neglectful doctor's office I have ever dealt with. I am scared for my health and they show absolutly no care at all about my well being. The worst doctor's office I have ever dealt with. Just horrible and neglectful.

There is still a lot of construction going on but they are open for business. I was greeted at the door by two of the staff that were extremely friendly. They let me know about all of the new things that were coming to this location over the next few months. This includes a new pharmacy like the Epcot location, a vision center an audiology center as well as a fitness center are in the works. I look forward to seeing what is coming. Also, I am so glad there is another location nearby when the Epcot location is busy.

The first one was I never saw the doctor who was head of the practice, only the Nursing Practitioners. When I saw them, I gained the same advice and perspective every time. Thus, gaining no headway. The other challenge I noticed was there was a lot of waiting around. I sometimes would prepare for sessions there by flagging articles on my phone to read. I went into the office and told them I was having this trouble and the receptionist told me while pointing her finger at me that it was my problem to look for a place that was cheapest. HUH???? Am I suppose to shop all over Florida for a cheaper prescription??? I totally didn't get it. If you need Dr. authorization the Dr. is suppose to give it to the pharmacy. People wait in line for hours to get a pair of sneakers or an I Pad. Just plan on it. While you are waiting, he is giving a bother person his dedicated care and attention. The doctors are always super friendly, courteous, and thorough. They always make you feel comfortable and welcomed. The staff is amazing! They're always super friendly and accommodating and go above and beyond to help. My only "complaint" is that they're are always super busy. However, that just tells you how great this doctor's office is. If you are looking for great pediatricians, look no further. Highly recommend!
