I've been coming here for 2.5 years now and I believe that most every doctor here when I began is now elsewhere (or on leave). Honestly though, the replacements that have come in have been as top-notch as the ones that left. While I'm a little saddened that I haven't been able to build as much as a rapport with a single doctor, each doctor either my son, my wife, or I have visited have been excellent and kept us all in good health while fully explaining everything along the way!

We went a few months ago for his appointment and medication and I waited for over 2 hours while they had my husband in the back. I saw some odd patients. Almost like this was a pill mill. Too many people demanding medication and more appointments and almost arguing w the nurse and staff. It's located in Celebration but had a very back alley feel to it. Now hubby is out of meds and we've called the office for a week. No answer. Ever. Went there today and they're closed. Something isn't right. Stay away.

My issues come in every time I try to contact anyone. People rarely answer the phones so you have to try and leave a message. They're messaging system is quite a bit of a joke. On rare occasions, you can leave a message on their line and they might get back to you. Lot of the time you get shunted into a service who you also then sometimes hear back. Apparently, they just started a new program where you sign up online for a patient portal and can send the messages that way. I went through all the process of signing up, which took forever and tried to send a message and it won't let me send messages to anyone about anything. Once again, this is forced me to drive to the doctors office just to go in so I can try and talk to someone. I have had to do this multiple times for multiple things. And this latest occasion, it was a complete mess. Everyone was friendly upfront and tried to understand what I was telling them. Finally contacted the person in charge who handles prescription issues and when I explained to her that the company that is coming from had called them multiple times her direct response to me was "that's a lie". She went onto contact the company and still wanted to argue with me Rather than listen to me about what I was told by the company representative. In the end it was worked out and I should be getting the medication soon. It's really rough that I can receive such good care and yet receive some very poor service at the same time. I trust the doctors here and I have told them as others have about issues with other staff in the place but nothing seems to change. I have witnessed this quite a bit in the medical field here in Florida.

If English isn't your first language and you're working in customer service, you MUST be able to comprehend the language. This falls on the doctors. They have to step-up and staff with personnel that can understand English and be organized.

The new location for the Center for living well is fantastic. Located on the 2nd floor of the…read morebuilding, there are signs inside the building to direct you. There is still a lot of construction going on but they are open for business. I was greeted at the door by two of the staff that were extremely friendly. They let me know about all of the new things that were coming to this location over the next few months. This includes a new pharmacy like the Epcot location, a vision center an audiology center as well as a fitness center are in the works. I look forward to seeing what is coming. Also, I am so glad there is another location nearby when the Epcot location is busy.
