This practice has only one other review here on Yelp. I'm going to add another 1-star review…read more The reason: administration is awful. The care provided by the Practioners is great when you can get in. (Mind you that none of the providers listed in the photos here on Yelp! actually still practice there. Maybe they too got sick and tired of the incompetence that surrounds them.) There have been multiple times where asking for the renewal of a maintenance drug presciption has been lost in the black hole of the administrative team. Care is not a wod that the admin staff knows. When the doctor says to schedule an appointment 3 weeks from now and I tell them this, they offer me an appointment 4 months into the future. (I can recommend a good ENT for the staff because they obviously are hard of hearing (actually, I think it's hard of listening.) They are still my practice of record, but as much as I like the practioners, I can't abide by the incompetence and negligence of the team surrounding them. I am actively searching for a new provider, but don't hold out much hope for getting much better as this is the state of healthcare in the State of Florida. UGH!

Horrible. I saw a doctor on Fri. Aug. 20 after waiting 3 weeks for the appoinment. Doctor order…read morelabs and a scan due to a mass he found in my chest. Scan was denied by my insurance. I called the doctor Monday Aug. 23 at 2:30 pm, I called again Tuesday Aug. 24 in the morning, lunch time and again at 4:20pm. Wednesday Aug. 25 I physically went to the office to talk to someone. They faxed over information to my insurance but they called me and denied the claim a second time due to requesting a peer to peer with the doctor not having my chart faxed. I called the doctor's office again on Wednesday Aug. 25 and again on Thursday Aug. 26. I have not heard back from them and my insurance has not heard back from the doctor either. This is the most neglectful doctor's office I have ever dealt with. I am scared for my health and they show absolutly no care at all about my well being. The worst doctor's office I have ever dealt with. Just horrible and neglectful.

This facility practices ageism. No one will tell you that they only accept patients under 64 years…read moreof age until after you submit your paperwork. I guess older individuals are not a viable option for this doctor to take care of. Hippocratic Oath? Not if you are a senior...

I know it's long, but I feel people should know who people are behind the closed door. And show…read moretheir despicable behavior for others to see who they are "trusting." I had been a patient of Dr. Yunk's for abit over a year. I am disabled, but have personal private insurance(primary) as well as ssdi benefits. Dr. Yunk's office as well as himself have always had this information. I went for my scheduled exam and was told that because I receive medical benefits through social security they will no longer provide medical services/or appointments to me. This is even though I have primary insurance through a private company that I have always had and this doctors office has never had an issue with. This complication arose when I mentioned being disabled to the reception staff. I was then notified they would no longer see me as a patient. Yet still tried to bill me for the visit. I was then asked to come back into a hallway to talk(under the guise of being seen) with Lisa the "nurse in charge" according to her. She then proceeded to tell me to leave and the doctor would just refill my prescriptions without even seeing me. I told Lisa it was crucial I see Dr. Yunk today as I just received the results of a brain MRI that showed several lesions on my brain along with other serious red flags and needed some questions answered and direction. She coldly told me it isn't their problem because they will no longer see me. I requested to know what was going on, why this all the sudden change and who's responsible for such disregard for human beings. I was told that "they told her(Lisa) that that's the way it is." I asked if I could speak with "them." I was told by Lisa they weren't there, [she] just spoke with them." I asked who they" were. She replied "The Doctor." *wait, the doctor isn't there?* so I asked said question. Lisa's response "Yes, he is. But he won't see you!" With a condescension that inferred I was beneath them. Then she added, "besides he won't talk to a patient about billing." Guess what! If he is making the billing rules, he needs to step up and back them and not be a coward! I asked for Lisa's name and my medical file. I was refused both. I asked three times and then she told me to wait in the waiting room because it would take time to get together. I told her forget the file then and just provide me with your name. She said it would be a minute and disappeared. I obtained her name through other means. So, to recap: Because I am disabled this doctor sees fit to be discriminatory in his practice by being prejudice against disabled persons and refusing to see them(I could understand turning away a new patient that was solely on Medicare if you don't accept it. But an existing patient with private insurance?). Because as long as your are disabled, declared by the government, you can't be seen here. Because of, who knows what(insurance isn't the issue here because I have private insurance as my primary insurance). And I was lied to by staff repeatedly, then was denied my own information(medical file), I was also denied to speak with the doctor or billing or whoever is making these decisions. Then was told they weren't there, then told it was the doctors decision and he refused to see me to stand behind his discriminatory practice. Just stay away! Although Dr. Yunk does seem very knowledgeable and does admittedly have good literal "bedside manner," I strongly discourage others from being a patient. Unless you want to be in the middle of treatment and dropped like you mean nothing. Doctor Yunk acts genuine to your face but he isn't genuine. He rushes. Want attention and to slow him down in your visit? Talk sports, then he will actually give you some time and act interested. His website touts being new to Celebration and he cares. Nah. Especially for being in a higher end neighborhood with a higher age group of residency, to turn away someone who is disabled or retired? Get this guy outta here!

Best doctor ever. Treats the whole patient, not just the symptoms. Has been my doctor for over 10…read moreyears, and I would not have it any other way. Very busy office, and hard to get an appointment if you are not an established client/patient. Located in the beautiful Celebration hospital- there is a pharmacy on site if you need to fill your script. Also many specialists in the building so its a one stop shop for all your health care needs. I get my physical, and my yearly pap with Dr. Wurster- no need to run to a gyno and waste another morning in another office. Blood work, paps, the whole nine yards all in one office. Great nurses, and Dr. Wurster is a an awesome doctor who really cares. If your appointment is running 30+ minutes late is not cause he's slacking, its cause he has taken that much extra time to talk to his patients. We need more doctors like Wurster in this world.

People wait in line for hours to get a pair of sneakers or an I Pad. Just plan on it. While you are waiting, he is giving a bother person his dedicated care and attention. Dr. Wurster never rushes you. He is an Osteopath doctor. He believes that all things in your body are related and treats you accordingly. It takes a little more time, thought and effort but he gives it gladly. He cares about me and not the money he can get from my insurance. I will follow him where ever he goes. My family and I wish you all the best. Don Torr
