Second, I was told they would clean the flooring after the work was completed and I found dirt all over and metal shavings left behind. Those don't feel great when you step on them. Third, they trapped a water line that runs to the spray nozzle behind the other existing water lines inside the kitchen cabinet. Lastly, I requested the ceiling fan be turned on to expedite the drying process and they did not turn it on. Barely an apology given for any of this. My washing machine was making a weird and very loud noise so I called them. They were able to schedule me to fit into my busy schedule. Fixing the noise turned out to be a simple job, no parts, minimal labor. What impressed me the most was the high level of knowledge and experience of the technician. I learned my washer is near the end of its life cycle because some components are worn out. It makes more sense and would be more cost effective to replace the washer than replace the worn out parts. I can still use the machine and do my laundry but I now know my timeline of when to replace the machine. My out of pocket expense today was the $119 basic service call charge because no parts were needed and the labor to repair it was very minimal. I was notified 30 minutes in advance of their arrival time.

They set me up an appointment for Thursday between 8AM and noon. Fast forward to Thursday, I recived a text message that my technician was on the way at around 830 and he showed up a little after 9. The technician was almost immediately able to diagnose the problem with the stove. He had the part that needed to be replaced in his car and fixed the issues right on the spot. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. My stove was working and he was off to his next appointment in less than an hour. I believe the price to be fair and on board with other repair services. I also believe that I could not have gotten my stove repaired any faster. I am glad to have contacted them. They made an inherently stressful situation less stressful.
