Great Bistro feel. Menu is just the right size with fresh items added seasonally. Atmosphere is casual and servers are friendly and attentive. The owner/chef talked with me and gave me recommendations. He also followed up afterwards to make sure the good was good. I ordered pizza and was not disappointed. We visited here on a Saturday evening, not knowing it was "steak night." What a treat! The two - inch thick New York strip, smoked and then finished sous vide, was one of the best steaks we have had in years - and VERY reasonably priced. The accompanying salad was also a cut above your normal "house salad," with dried cranberries and walnuts. My husband and I stopped through Hardin to gas up and eat, we had seen the billboard on the highway and the great reviews it had online. With how people talked about this place in reviews and from the lady at the gas station to say we were disappointed is an understatement. It took about 10 to 15 minutes to even receive menus, however we totally understood because we could see how busy they were. We waited quite awhile to get our food, probably because an older man wearing a white cooks shirt was sitting down at customer tables talking to them and drinking. I get it's a small town but with how busy it was you would assume he would help them out. We later found out that he was the owner, sad to understand that the owner would be more involved with talking to people rather than helping out his staff. Not to mention how completely unsanitary it is to be wearing something you cook in at everyone's tables. We got our drinks topped off once and then we were given our check while we were still eating. Food was good but mine came out a little cold as if my pasta had been reheated. I can guarantee on our way back we'll be skipping this town no matter how hungry we are. read more

Just had a most enjoyable meal here and can definitely recommend it. Yay for fresh ingredients in our salad and pizza and good MT craft beer. Owners Kerri and Greg couldn't have been nicer and were helpful in their recommendations to us out-of-towners. I love being able to taste a beer before I buy it and the little mugs are just darling for samples. My Greek salad was an excellent fresh ingredient salad that was dressed perfectly but nothing like any Greek salad I've ever eaten. If you are expecting a traditional Greek salad this isn't it, but if you are open to enjoying a tasty blend of mixed spring greens, artichoke hearts, black olives and a blend of cheese mixed with a light dressing, this fits the bill. My hubby ordered a pesto and sausage pizza with extra cheese and it was delicious. The sausage was very fresh and flavorful and the crust was very nice. I count on Yelp for helping us pick our spots as we travel the country and if you find yourself in Hardin this is definitely where you want to eat. And if you time it right, you can catch a movie next door in the single screen 100 year old theatre that Kerri and Greg also own! read more

Being from Chicago, I think I have a pretty good idea on Pizza. From Thin Crust, to Pan, to Stuffed, and etc., but I was completely shocked at the quality and taste of the thin crust from this establishment. I went into this Bistro expecting Domino's Quality and left with a craving for this place to be in my town. The chicken wings were good as well. If I lived in Hardin, I would never try another pizza joint from this town. read more

I absolutely love the pizza! I'm not a big fan of fennel so I order mine without. They had no problem making substitutions! Our server was friendly and extremely helpful. 3 Brothers has some of the best pizza in town, not quite a gourmet pizza joint, but definitely above a chain-style. IF it was just their pizza I'd probably give them 5 stars, however some of their other offerings leave a lot to be desired. Stick with the pizza and you won't go wrong. read more

Plain and simple this is just really good food!!! I had a burger which was great and my wife had the smoked salmon. She will not stop talking about how good it was. We got an order to go. They have pizza and pasta but more importantly they actually have a chef, not fry cooks that rotate through. We talked to the chef and realized how lucky we were to find this place. read more

On Tuesday, July19th, 2016, my husband and i dined here. We were staying two nights in Hardin - using it as our base to visit the Little Bighorn and Rosebud Battlefields. The previous evening we had an awful experience at Ranch House Grill which is just across the street. Tentatively, we entered 3 Brothers Bistro but to our delight it was everything that we could have wished for. Solid professional service and great food. I like Mac'n'cheese so I went with the Smoky Chicken Mac'n'cheese and my husband ordered Pizza. In five years of living in the States, this was the best pizza that he has had. He only ate half of it and the next day, when driving to our next stop in Wyoming, we finished it and the crust was still fantastic. Big ups to Claire, who looked after us with her friendly, professional service and the people in the kitchen. We fully recommend 3 Brothers Bistro to anyone. read more

Fantastic! It was the perfect place for our family of four after a long day in the car. The food was fantastic. The dinner salad, which is 3.50, took up a whole plate and was made with the greenest lettuce I've seen in a while. It came with 2 delicious breadsticks as well. The pizza was delicious as well, and if we had had time we would have gone to see a movie at the attached movie theater. Our server was very friendly and the beer was cold. This place is apparently under new management or owners because the old pictures in the reviews show a differently decorated restaurant. It's more trendy looking now. The service was good and friendly, the location is easy to get to (next to the movie theater, so you get to smell fresh popcorn), and the menu is reasonable. We ordered bread sticks, greek salads, soup, and a small pizza with three toppings. Drinks are served in mason jars (always love that), food was prompt, hot, and well seasoned, the salads were fresh and flavorful, and the pizza was good. I was in town for a few days with a group and we did a tour de Hardin. Two locals told us to avoid this restaurant. I don't know why. It was packed and our food was the best of what we tried in Hardin. read more
