It could be the fact that I didn't eat all day, I was starving. I drove from Kalispell to Hardin and I don't typically eat fast food...so I waited. The place is on a Main Street with most of the parking spots taken. Parked around the corner. The local chiropractor was walking by and I asked if it was any good. He said the best food in town. So far, he was on point. I order the Hawaiian version with bacon and jalapeños. I decided it to do gluten free this time. (I'll pay for it tomorrow). Normally I like extra sauce, but forgot to ask. The pizza took a normal amount of time to come out and the bartender/server walked around checking on everyone in the restaurant. Super nice guy and genuine. I didn't have to ask for a refill or a box. He was on it. He seemed to know almost everyone that walked on. Almost "Cheers" like. Almost every table was full. The pizza was amazing. Again, I was super hungry. The crust was light and airy and the taste was fantastic. The sauce ratio was perfect. Not soggy and not dry. I have enough to take to the hotel and enjoy later. Absolutely great experience! I called ahead an hour and had my food ready, just as I expect... or even better! Shawn is great with customers and getting your order done as you wish! My coworker and I both ordered chicken Alfredo with a cut of smoked salmon, and a side of chicken bacon Mac n cheese, which was presented great and tasted even greater. Got to meet the new owner and he was also such a pleasure... it's nice to meet people that care about their customers and their experience. Kerri & Greg are the proprietors, of this local gem! Wow! They did blow our socks off. Their crab cakes were incredibly fresh and cooked perfect. We also had the bbq smoked pulled sandwich that had one of my favorite coleslaws. The French fries were hot and seasoned, yum. Sean who was there as well seem to be helping out doing many things, I'm not sure what position he held there but we had a great conversation. When you go tell them all that we said hello. Visiting Hardin and went to Outlaw's for a very good dinner. Nice ambiance - even piano music. Great beer and wine list too. I had the sliced steak sandwich w/sauteed onions, cheese on ciabatta bread and fries - it was excellent. Hubby had the salmon melt w/pesto on ciabatta w/fries and loved his also. The red ale was excellent & scottish ale as was the heiffevisen (?) lighter beer. The staff was very friendly and the owner was very friendly and attentive as well! You must try this place! One of the only restaurants in town. Checked the reviews and decided to try it. Great place!!! We were driving through, not from here. The waitress was exceptional (younger college aged girl). She was basically working the whole restaurant and she never missed a beat. We got the nachos and one of the melt sandwiches. So flavorful and tasteful. I would go back in a heart beat! Came to town, and had some time, so I went to eat at this great little spot. It is clean, and attached to the theater next-door. I ordered the house salad, mushroom bacon Mac and cheese, and the "Harriet Melt". The server, who was really sweet, brought the food, and told the history of the building. We stopped in Hardin during a cross country trip. Having read the reviews of 3 Brothers, we gave it a try. What a delight! Our server, Sean was friendly and efficient, but more than that, he engaged us in conversation and answered many of my questions about this region. The crab and artichoke dip was perhaps the best I've ever had, and came not with the standard chips, bit slices of pizza-like bread. So delicious! My only problem was that I got pretty full with the appetizer (but I don't eat much at all), and then we couldn't finish the truly excellent pizza. This place is a gem! read more

While driving across the country we opted to stay in Hardin partially based on reviews of this restaurant and wanting to support and experience local establishments. They did not disappoint. Upon entering we were greeted by several staff with very positive and genuine sounding welcomes. It felt like you were showing up at a friend or family members house for dinner. The gal that served us was positive, professional, informative, and provided the right amount of balanced attention and space. I ordered a chicken salad which was fantastic and generous, and my colleague ordered a magical bacon Mac n cheese bowl of goodness. We would recommend and order both of these again. We've been driving for a few days and our food the day previous was subpar. 3 Brothers provided a much needed awesome and relaxing meal. I saw they appear to have some unused space near the back of the restaurant. It might be fun to have some pinball machines back there. Didnt get the server name but he was all over rhe place because they were busy and was still able to maintain 100% customer service for us. So I am a little late in posting this review as I had dinner there on June 13, 2019. I was traveling with a large group and checked out the menu before our reservation on the 12th. I wasn't thrilled by anything on the menu and was very tired, so I skipped out and went to the hotel. BIG mistake when I heard everyone rave about the food, atmosphere, and service. The waitress was wonderful and I think she said it was her first week. I love Mac and cheese and thought it would be delicious topped with some of the house smoked salmon. The chef came out to let me know he didn't think cooking the smoked salmon would be a good idea. I just wanted some on top of the Mac and cheese when it was finished. That's exactly what I received and it was delicious. My dinner companion had the steamed mussels and they were cooked perfectly- tender and delicious. The house salad with walnuts and cranberries was a great surprise. I travel through the area and usually stop to eat in Billings or Sheridan. I will now make it a point to stop at 3 Brothers Bistro.
