So I am a little late in posting this review as I had dinner there on June 13, 2019. I was traveling with a large group and checked out the menu before our reservation on the 12th. I wasn't thrilled by anything on the menu and was very tired, so I skipped out and went to the hotel. BIG mistake when I heard everyone rave about the food, atmosphere, and service. The waitress was wonderful and I think she said it was her first week. I love Mac and cheese and thought it would be delicious topped with some of the house smoked salmon. The chef came out to let me know he didn't think cooking the smoked salmon would be a good idea. I just wanted some on top of the Mac and cheese when it was finished. That's exactly what I received and it was delicious. My dinner companion had the steamed mussels and they were cooked perfectly- tender and delicious. The house salad with walnuts and cranberries was a great surprise. I travel through the area and usually stop to eat in Billings or Sheridan. I will now make it a point to stop at 3 Brothers Bistro. It's a great place to eat in an unexpected place. read more

Delicious! Great wine list and lots of beers on tap. Good menu. The spaghetti with Italian sausage is spicy and yummy! Comes with 2 pieces of cheese bread-basically cheese pizza slices without the sauce. The pasta was perfectly cooked al dente. So glad we found this gem in this sleepy town. read more

Sean was amazing- friendly and helpful, and our meal was great. The salad was elevated- something I would expect in a much more expensive restaurant. Came in with some friends for lunch and had a nice Greek salad, cheese pizza bites, and a lemonade. Walked out $21 without tip. So a little spendy. But probably one of the only good places in Hardin so there's that. I was a little disappointed that the Greek salad did not come with Greek dressing. It's not hard to make one, I do it myself at home, so why not serve it with one? Service was great, staff accommodating. They have beers on tap and a wine list. There's a little bar to sit at and you can get some Wilcoxson's ice cream when you're done. Im not sure about the pizza, but I'm sure it's spendy too. Nice place. I'm sure I will return. Couldn't believe my luck when I happened to see the reviews for this place after a trip to Little Bighorn. There's not much around the area, but after seeing the stellar comments about 3 Brothers Pizza, I was intrigued. Thanks to Yelp, I discovered another gem! Let me start out by saying the Italian Stallion bread sticks were the pinnacle for me. I could've had them for my meal and would've left just as happy. I don't usually order bread sticks, because I don't want to fill up before the main course, but this was totally worth it. The bread itself is slightly crispy, and have herbs and spices drizzled over a cheese topping. Coupled with their marinara sauce, it's as good as it gets. The pizza was great, as well. Using some of the same ingredients as the sticks, the pizza was tastier thanks to the spices and hearty sauce. The crust was a little thicker than I normally go for, but it still made for a surprising pizza in the middle of nowhere. Being a cinephile, I absolutely adored the movie motif of the restaurant. It's connected to a single-screen movie theater next door. Not only is 3 Brothers a pizza place, it also serves as a wine and coffee bar... AND they serve ice cream! This must be the go-to place in Hardin for a good time. One more thing--get the raspberry iced tea. It's not regular raspberry iced tea. They make it themselves. Haha Oh my God, it's amazing. I won't tell you their secret, but it made sense why it was sugary and not too sour like most raspberry teas I've tried. What's up, Montana?! You hold such delicious culinary secrets! read more

Our family landed here after a last minute swap in vacation plans. The whole family was pleasantly surprised at the inviting restaurant and attentive waitress. It was fairly busy because of Little Big Horn days, regardless we enjoyed our meal and the variety of beers on draft. This place is AMAZING! We all ordered the steak W/ mashed potatoes and asparagus and it was to DIE for!! Service was timely and friendly. Also had the pleasure of meeting and talking with the chef/owner for a bit. Got some homemade ice cream before we left and IT was great as well! My co-workers said this place was good so I thought I'd give it a try. The atmosphere was definitely rustic and better then the food. Should be named 3 brothers sports bar and pizza. The appetizer was different crab and artichoke dip. I judge a place on there burgers and you guys failed. The pulled pork was super salty the burger meat was good could not taste my pepper jack cheese or the mushrooms over the salt. My fiancee burger tasted like something at Hardee's. Wish I had spent my money there. I don't know who the middle age woman with shoulder length blonde hair is but when you go through two and a half glasses of wine while we were waiting and eating then go behind the counter check a ticket for a table then clean off a table, there are obviously problems under the surface. From the way she was walking it looked like she was definitely buzzed. I have worked with chefs that could take a criticism and not be offend or defensive. I would also recommend a sauce to add some moisture as well. You blew it and we won't be back. read more

Atmosphere is friendly, clean, and food was the cherry on top! I travel all over the United States for work and recently was doing out reach to emergency responders in the Hardin MT area. The caterers for the event were 3 Brothers Bistro. They served wagu meatloaf, mashed potatoes, asparagus with a German mushroom style sauce. The meatloaf had a slight smoke flavor and overall meal was over the top as the flavors had me thinking I was eating a meal from a top rated Seattle restaurant! Living in Billings, MT I know we have some of the better steak places in the United States! So I set out to introduce my fiancé to this little bistro in rural MT. We just had our first official meal at the restaurant, this has to be one of the greatest hidden treasures in MT. We had the steamed mussels, baked chicken Mac & Cheese, and Cheese Steak Sandwich I would say best Mac and Cheese I've ever had! Mussels are a must! Fiancé loved his cheese steak sandwich there is nothing ordinary about 3 Brothers Bistro! You must stop! read more

Last day in Montana this trip. Casual atmosphere, lots of people on a Friday evening. An okay choice of Montana microbrews but with a good variety of styles. Good choices on the menu. The Madagascar Melt was very good. Came with perfect fries. The ciabatta bread tastes like homemade. Son-in-law got the Bighorn Burger and said it was awesome. Wife's Chicken Alfredo was very good. Try the Crab and Artichoke Dip for an appetizer. It was fantastic. Daughter and her husband said they'll be back, a lot. Only issue was long wait for food. We were pining for pizza after over a month on the road in our RV. We had just finished touring a great museum and historic buildings in Hardin, and we were hungry. So we googled and found this great little bistro right in town. We were thoroughly impressed. The service was great, the pizza and the salad were both amazing. There was plenty more that was offered on the menu, and we saw a variety of those offerings delivered to surrounding tables, and those looked delicious as well. If you're ever in Hardin, give this place a try. Oh, and they have a great selection of beer, although we were driving and we couldn't partake. read more

For a small town it does not get better then 3 Brothers! My grandma got the Taco Salad and loved the care and love that went into the dish. My mom and I got a pizza and it did take a little while to get the pizza, but it was worth the wait! We will visit again next time passing threw. read more

We stopped for lunch after touring the battlefield. The owner came to our table and greeted us and had excellent recommendations. I have Celiac Disease and can't eat out successfully very often. I was perfectly safe with their chicken salad. They make a blueberry vinaigrette that is delicious. I would like to have that recipe! I have been staying in the area for work for the past few months and I can honestly say that this is the only restaurant in town that I would recommend.
