Sometimes you receive good customer service, but sometimes you're ignored and you have to go in search of a drink refill, etc. And, sometimes you feel appreciated as a Customer, but other times not. The food is very good though. I especially love the Personal Pan pizza. Yummy~. They have a good lunch buffet and salad bar. But, sometimes the salad bar needs to be replenished.
