By far the best bartender I have encountered there's in my travels. The bar itself has plenty of space for activities, a pool table, shuffle board, juke box, and a dart board. The "casino" was a typical bar lotto section similar to Oregon and Washington. Just there with bright colors and ready to take your money. The food comes from the restaurant, the Joseph. The food is good, decent quantity, but great quality. The nachos, the burgers, the derailer, everything on the menu is quite delectable. On sundays they do a buffet style potluck for donations. This is the best bar I encountered while in Montana.

The steaks were some of the best we've had in Montana. Even the baked potatoes were fresh and hot as fire, and you know how rare that is when paired with steak in most restaurants. The onion rings and fries were tasty and hot. Love their onion rings! We will definitely be going back. The bartender was very friendly and helped me get my voice back (laryngitis) with a cup of warm Brandy he prepared for me. And lastly, the servers were very fast and friendly. They were attentive to what we asked for, and no one's drink ran dry. Thank you Longhorn! Such a pleasure to find a good restaurant/bar/steakhouse in a tiny town like Rosebud!
