This Sheridan Pizza Hut is special because of the manager that works there, Caden. The place is clean the Pizza Hut pizza is consistent but most importantly the customers service is excellent. Any time my order needs to be adjusted due to the companies app being defective he takes responsibility for it and makes it right. No excuses he will do what it takes for you to give you a great Pizza Hut order. That makes me coming back. A great Pizza Hut pizza but with someone who cares about there job. Let me start by saying I ordered 6 large pizzas for carry out and I accidentally made it for the wrong Pizza Hut in a different state, oops, I showed up to pick up the pizzas and the gentlemen at the register realized and fixed the mistake immediately. If I could give this restaurant a ZERO I would. The service is horrible. I waited at the counter for almost ten minutes alone with no line. Two employees were busy slicing pizza and taking an order by phone walking right past me to answer even though knowing I was there. Kept saying. Just a minute 'hun' Are you kidding me? I am not your hun but a paying customer that came in to purchase a pizza. Would have if I could have gotten any service. Instead, I walked out empty handed and pissed off. Second time I ordered to be delivered. First time my order took over an hour and was incomplete. Let it go because they were busy. This time it took 40 minutes and we got someone else's pizza, not even close to correct. Very disappointing. I hate sausage! I don't think there will be a third order from this house. read more

Sometimes the only thing that makes a chain restaurant worthwhile is the service. Here, you can't go wrong. Our server Brian was fantastic, and he helped make a long car trip 10x better. Pizza was good. Had the lunch buffet and mostly Pan pizza when we went in and my favorite is thin. Variety probably depends on just when you hit the buffet. Salad bar was fresh but not many extras. Mainly salad and dressing. Only it's was did not refill cinnamon bread on Buffett the entire time we were there or our drinks. It was a nice lunch and good food place was clean. Very unhappy customer!!! We ordered a big pizza box with pizza, wings and bread. We are staying at a hotel and had them deliver our order but when we received our order we discovered that we had no dipping sauce for our wings or bread and no plates or napkins. I shouldn't have to call and tell the manager that plates and napkins should be customary when delivering to a hotel and if dipping sauce is extra you should probably offer it and get the up sale and get extra money because we would have included it!!!!! Service is great but I have no idea why they are consistently out of pizza on the buffet at lunch. Without fail. Also the salad bar needs significant improvements. Starting with fresh salad and other things that haven't been sitting in the fridge for 2 weeks. I want to support this place but I'm close to giving up. read more

Cheap pizza and fast delivery. I prefer the taste of another pizza company in town, but Pizza Hut makes it very easy with their app.

When you order a pizza with no mushrooms, and they read back the order with no mushrooms, and your receipt says no mushrooms...and your pizza is delivered WITH mushrooms! That is why minimum wage should not be $15 an hour!! read more

Being in of five pizza places in town you would think being a franchise of a national 'Yum' company the food and service is #1. Not so, wife and I got food poisoning from the wings, sick for 4 days, my kids had the same food sans wings and were fine. No delivery service to my house, even bribed for higher tip rate to get a pie to my house, no go. You have to ask yourself why if you get food from this place. read more
