Harrah's Laughlin, this is the second time staying here but the first time experiencing a busy weekend. The elevators in tower 3 are crazy busy. Such a big line , it's like Disneyland. the Room is clean , no bad smell, and clean restrooms. The best part about here is the private beach. love it!

Our stay at Harrah's was okay overall, but there were a few disappointments. The room itself was decent, but I was expecting a better view of the river. It was a little confusing when booking because I thought I had selected a river view, but apparently there's a difference between a "river view" and a "riverfront" room. That was frustrating, and the view we ended up with wasn't what we had hoped for. They do advertise the private beach like access to the river but the renting of chairs is pricey, as well as other Hotels have access too so they aren't unique for it. Another downside was that the room didn't have a refrigerator, which was pretty inconvenient. On top of that, there were times when only one elevator was working, leading to longer waits than expected. The hotel has potential, but a few improvements and clearer room descriptions would make for a much better guest experience.

    The wonky toilet seat

I am very disappointed with my stay at Harrah's Laughlin. I paid extra for a river view room, but instead my room overlooked the parking lot and a huge mountain of dirt. That is not the view I paid for, and it felt very misleading. To make matters worse, the room was in poor condition. The cabinets are falling apart, the toilet seat is loose, and the windows are so dirty that they take away from what little view there is. The room feels outdated and not well maintained. For the price I paid, I expected a clean, well-maintained room and the river view that was advertised. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet those expectations. I hope management addresses these issues because guests deserve to receive what they pay for. Based on my experience, I would not choose to stay here again. Because of these issues, I will be going to the front desk to request a refund or a price adjustment. Guests should receive the room quality and view they pay for. Unfortunately, this experience so far, is very disappointing.

If you are going to take advantage of the jetski rental this hotel is totally worth it. The accessibility and service was great and they get 5 Stars *****!! But the rest omgoodness this will be my second review for a bad hotel stay. Other review delayed because honestly I cannot find the words for the horror we experienced but here we go for this stay.. I had a nightmare of an experience at Harrah's Hotel. Elevator flow was chaotic and inefficient, and customer service was very poor. The rooms because we had 2 for our family and 7 with all families are described as remodel but nothing seems upgraded. The only mirror available is in restrooms and with no fan the mirror stayed foggy. Ac was pretty loud. Restrooms are equipped with Shampoo/conditioner and body wash. We kept finding pincher bugs in our room! We waited 15 minutes for elevator. Wtf how diabolical is that?. The only option depending on who you ask.!!! If you are trying to frequent places out of hotel make sure you have a plan to not return to your room in a hurry because there will be a line pass the pizza place. No structure. The crowd is rude because everyone is pissed about elevators. The lake oh so beautiful but disgustingly infested with flies. By 5pm we were getting attacked by flies of all sizes and $15 16oz pina coladas. Wowzers!! We did check out a day in advance due to the stress this place was causing and I didn't even gamble!

Came here with the Caesers Rewards Air program. Check in was a little frustrating, was offered a room with a view as an upgrade only to be told it wasn't ready but would be in an hour. Came back over 2 hours later and it still wasn't ready. I waited around for about 15 min until the front desk agent put me in a different room. We were in North Tower. Quite a hike from the tables. The room def could use an upgrade and more outlets. I will say the bed was extremely comfortable though and the mountain view was beautiful. The property itself gets the job done. Several restaurants and nice gaming options. I would def come back at the discounted air program rate but would not choose it otherwise. The hotel is also at the end of the strip, we rented a car so we were able to move around but I can't imagine being stuck at Harrahs without transportation. I believe they have a shuttle but it only goes to Tropicana.

Nice Vibes hopping through the Cadinos.. Great employees and variety of Card Tables and lots of New Slots..come and stop by.

Special check-in vomit ! Vomit on the floor. They still have not cleaned it up. This was here when we checked in.

The room is hotter than hell. There's a little bit of dried up vomit to the left of the toilet seat. I called housekeeping earlier. I just said I just need a little bit of Windex and a paper towel. Six hours later the dried vomit is still sitting there this place is !ucking ridiculous.! Sh!t show from Hades

Too busy to clean the toilet?

What they told me i booked and the room they gave me where not the same. Toilet still dirty, wine bucket dirty with liquid still in . WIDE screen TV is 37 in?? The plush amenities they mentioned are not to be found. Bed hard. Smell of?? Don't know mildew??? Oh and river view. Nope it's a parking lot.

Be aware of this tonka jahari looking lady. Worst front desk experience I ever had. Took me an hour to check in. I went up to my room the key did not work. I called front desk ahead, told them what happened they said just come get a new key I said I really don't want to wait in line again. She said just come to the front desk we'll take care of you, I did just that. My name wasn't on the room so I had to have my family member come down so l could get a new key. I was waiting on the side not in line because it's not my fault the key didn't work after an hour of check in. After my family member arrives this miserable grenade looking lady made me get back in like to check in because she said "it wasn't fair to others waiting in line." COMPLETELY Understandable. But how is it my fault you guys didn't laminate the key right for it to work? Could've also let me know while I was waiting on the side to get in line but watched me stand there on purpose. Proceeds to raise her voice at me cause she can't handle a busy work environment and says she won't help unless I get back into the long check in line.. Anyways she makes me wait another hour in line. When we made it to the front desk, it took a LITERAL 15 seconds for them to laminate the key for it work. Checked in at 8pm! Had to go back down at 9pm for the key issue. Didn't get inside my room till 10pm. This miserable person just wanted to ruin someone's vacation cause they were busy and she doesn't know how to handle a busy work environment clearly. I'll never go back she did not make us feel welcomed. And I hope she gets repercussion for this.

Most arcade games were not even on for my kids to play

We had to change our room because our room was supper dirty and the room was clearly not vacuumed. There was also old food from the previous people that might have stayed in the room before us. Not only that non of the arcade games work.

Don't even want to know what that is!

Hi, can I bring my own chair to the beach?

No and the one's they have are rented at a high price

Hi, just wondering if the beach is opened in October?

I believe it is but not 100% sure. I been to Laughlin late September and they have the beach and river open

Is there any band or nightclub entertainment?

No. They do not have a club. They sometimes have concerts on the beach during the warmer months though.

I assume that The Caesar’s air reward booking for Harrahs when it says BullHead City is the same place?

Yes, the airport is across the river from Laughlin.

Is there food at the Beach?

    No there isn't. Only drinks.

Can you bring an Easy Up to the beach?

No, but you can rent a spot where they have tents, not sure how much they charge.

We're bringing our jet skis. Are we able to beach or anchor them at the hotel while we sit at the beach during the day?

Yes you can beach them but you have to launch from across the way at the park.

    Do they offer yetski rental?

Yes but it's a separate company they are by the beach area

Is there a poker room here?

    Not just yet

Does the hotel have a gym?

Yes they do. It's next to the Adult Pool.

    Is the pool open?

    Yes

Can you launch your own water craft at Harrahs?

Nope, the Riverside has a free launch.

Are they still charging for the umbrellas at beach?

Hello, The palapas are free of charge (first come/first serve) until Friday, May 25th. From that date, the palapa can be rented for $150 per day. Palapas are complimentary…

Is there anywhere to get a drink without having to gamble on those machines. Sometimes i just want to stop and have a drink?

Yes there are plenty of places to drink. There's a bar out by the pool too.

    North tower or central tower?

    Center tower is better.

Wow, yelpers, you've officially freaked me out. Has anyone been to the diamond lounge there, how is it?

It sucks, Never again and very pricey.

Can you dock your personal seadoos at Harrahs beach?

Hello, We allow our guests to dock their personal watercraft on the North Beach during the hours when the beach is open. The beach is open daily from 8am-7pm. We do not…

Also, there might be 7 television channels available but we had a great river view. We stuck to eating at the different themed casinos within the Lodge. We went to Red Dragon and tried the pot stickers & pork char siu with rice; sadly no sauces were available & the staff seemed very frustrated not having the necessary supplies. By the way, they will not pour a drink in a paper cup for you in case you want to take it outside for some reason. Still it was cheap with a total of $10.80 for both dishes. We also tried a personal pepperoni pizza at Dotty's, which wasn't bad just not very hot/ warm. I believe that cost was $7.00. The last thing we tried was a pot roast dip sandwich at U1 that included fries & au jus. The flavor was good but the sandwich had no cheese at all; cost $7.00. Once we got to our floor, we checked to see if there was a stair well and sure enough there was a door at the end of our floor hallway leading to the stairs. Also housekeeping just came by knocking loudly at our door at 8:45am when check out time is at 11:00am. We even had the "room occupied" sign hanging on the door handle. Very rude and not okay to disturb guests in their rooms when it's not even close to the check out time. As far as the room itself, A/C doesn't work well, pillows are very thin, and mattress/bedding isn't comfortable. It is crazy and a shame that the Tropicana is in relation to Caesar's because it is not on the same level whatsoever as the one in Vegas. Way below it actually. I'd recommend not coming here. Also to add some of the workers here seem to hate their jobs. I will be booking at another hotel next time I come here and avoiding this hotel at all costs.

Or stay this time started off with a long wait to check in, and we noticed that there were supervisors or some type of management staff in the back that never came out unless called, other casinos management staff would assist on getting all the incoming guest assigned their rooms. Now, when it comes to the rooms, we had requested a non-smoking room and they told us at time of check-in that there was none available so they gave us what they could which was unsatisfactory. My wife needs her CPAP to sleep at night and last time we stayed at a smoking room. The smell of smoke contaminated her medical device so bad that she had to exchange it for a new one with this in mind she asked again after checking in and inspecting room if there was any non-smoking rooms for this medical reason and they told her no, so she insisted on speaking with management and after speaking with management , they found a non-smoking room on a different floor that they could provide us. What a miracle. The day after we checked out, my wife checked her bank account and noticed that there was a short on the security deposit, and when she called to questioned it, they told her that the maid service had claimed that we had opened up a water bottle that was in the room and that each water bottle is five dollars My wife and I know better than to use any non-complementary item left in the room because we know that the charges are extremely high and when she told the management staff that we did not use any water bottle or any non-complementary item she was told that if the maid service puts it in their report, then they have to charge no matter what, it all lands on the maid service and what they write down on the report. I suggest to all in the future, if you're staying at this location, videotape and take notes of everything that is in the room and the condition that it's in because it may be a tactic that they used to get a little extra money for the hotel. We are truly going to videotape and photograph all these items. Next time we stay if we decide to return and if we do get charged, we will immediately forward these photos of a before and after of the room's items. On the positive side I would like to thank the employees at the rewards desk for all their help. They are extremely nice and helpful group of people unfortunately that's the only plus I could say about this hotel at this time.

The family pool was beautiful with plenty of sitting areas. It was about 90 something degrees when we went but the water was too cold for me! The kids and my husband had fun on the slides they had. They don't allow outside food or drinks but they had a little bar/snack shack. We did have to pay an additional 15$ for an extra pool wristband. 4 were given for a double bed room. The private beach was very cute but we didn't really spend any time there unfortunately. The ice machine was working and was a short distance from our room. We got panda express pretty late in the day, the food was a little sad but it was expected. We were located in the central tower, maybe all the terrible reviews werw from different areas of the hotel? Who knows. Oh, there only seemed to be luggage carts for those who were parking in valet, that part kinda sucked. We were also a ahirt distance from a gas station, Mc donalds, Starbucks and a few grocery markets. Overall we really enjoyed our time there and will def be visiting again.

I chose this hotel because it was in a nice location, away from the heavy traffic, which was one of…read morethe few positives about our stay. The staff was hit or miss. Some employees were very friendly and helpful, while others weren't welcoming at all. Unfortunately, the rooms were terrible and clearly lacked proper cleaning. The room immediately gave me the heebie-jeebies. There were strands of hair all over the bathroom, the vents were caked with dust, the carpets were filthy, and the walls looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. There was also a strong odor in the room that management appeared to be trying to cover up with an overpowering deodorizer, but it only made the room more unpleasant. The sinks and toilets were dirty, the refrigerator barely stayed cold, and the air conditioner never cooled the room enough to be comfortable. The pool was dirty, overcrowded, and not enjoyable. The drinks were also extremely overpriced--$17 for a drink that definitely wasn't worth the cost. The casino was another disappointment. The amount of cigarette smoke combined with poor ventilation was overwhelming and gave me a headache. One experience that really concerned me involved my 10-year-old nephew. He hurt himself while we were at the pool, and when we asked a staff member for an alcohol pad, we were told they didn't have any. I couldn't understand how a hotel with a pool wouldn't have basic first-aid supplies readily available. After my brother found another employee, we were finally given two alcohol pads, but it shouldn't have taken that much effort. If it had just been my husband and me, we would have packed up and driven the four hours back home or found another hotel. Since we were traveling with our children, we decided to make the best of it. I ended up wiping down the room and bathroom with bleach wipes myself and told the kids to keep their shoes on the entire time because I didn't feel comfortable with the cleanliness of the room. One final thing that made our stay uncomfortable was the number of stares we received for being Black. I can't say what anyone was thinking, but we had several moments that made us feel unwelcome. Overall, this hotel was a huge disappointment and nowhere near worth the price. Between the lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, poor first-aid preparedness, uncomfortable atmosphere, and overall experience, I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

One of my favorite features was the pool area. It was absolutely immaculate, and I loved that they have a separate kiddie pool with an adorable frog water feature. I've stayed at other IHG properties that didn't offer a kiddie pool, so this was a wonderful surprise for families with young children. The atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for--quiet, calm, and relaxing. The other guests were respectful, and the front desk staff were genuinely kind, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious and had a nice variety of options. I also appreciated that they offer fresh coffee, ice water, and lemonade available around the clock at no extra charge, which was a thoughtful touch. The location is another big plus. It's conveniently located directly across the street from Lowe's and Starbucks, and only about eight minutes from the Laughlin Riverwalk and casino district. You can easily enjoy the attractions nearby and then return to a peaceful hotel away from the crowds.

I was especially grateful since it was a Friday and things tend to fill up fast. The room was clean, although there was a slight off smell. The sink water pressure was very low and slow, which was a bit inconvenient. The air conditioner worked quickly, but it was either too cold or off...there didn't seem to be a comfortable middle setting. The pool looked clean, and overall the atmosphere was nice. Breakfast was good. The staff was friendly, which made the stay more enjoyable. Despite a few minor issues, I would still come back .
