As the owner stated by last review was an old review and this place has received a huge facelift. It is well lit at night (something that concerned me in the past) and the people (tenants) have returned. The store is still not operational but the tenants are able to use it for card games and the like. There are more get togethers and community pot lucks once again. I think they take a lot of pride in the community and I appreciate that. One thing I would change is that driveway that goes into the cement fence. This is the old driveway to the store (the store no longer exists). During the day it's fine, but if you are unfamiliar you may take the wrong driveway and hit the cement. I absolutely LOVE this park!!!!! From the easy check in process to the spacious lots I felt at ease and at home. Everyone so friendly and I even met people from my home state!!!!!! Loved getting to know everyone and being treated like family. You can tell they pride themselves in their awesome tenants. It was so quiet at night and well into the morning. It was also veey convenient having laundry and shower suoer close. I plan on going back again!!!!!! My dog loved taking walks with me and even met another wiener dog. There was a section that was fenced off for dogs behind the park. They had a social gathering too the night i was there. A poker game in the community building. We stayed here from mid-November 2018 to the end of February 2019. The monthly rate for our first spot was $300 plus electric. Originally we planned to stay a couple of months, but there was so much to do in the area that we kept changing our plans. This caused us to have to move to a second spot near the front with a much better view. The park has mainly back-in sites and the roads are really narrow. Big rigs do manage to squeeze in, but we saw a few timid souls take a look at the challenge of getting into a spot and heading for the exit. The park has lots of community-style activities and a friendly group of regulars that come back year after year. The staff goes over and above to help our where they can with whatever you might need. We will definitely consider it for future trips to AZ. read more

Very nice and reasonably priced. Check in is easy and had every thing we needed. I did not use the Shower or the Laundry. Wendy was very helpful. Plan to go back. It would be so good if there were trees but totally understand with the watering of them. The heat was the only thing bad. Was up to 122 degree. Other wise we had a good time thank you. read more

This place cost us, with our Good Sam discount $121.00 a week in January 2019. It's one of the least expensive parks in the area. For this price the bathrooms & showers are decent & clean. The laundry room, recreation room & club house are nice. Wi-fi, as expected is a bit sketchy & I have to keep reminding my husband that's how they keep their cost down. It's a bit of a ways of Hwy 95 on the way to Oatman; which by the way is definitely worth a visit to! read more

Pristine park is my thought with this park. Nice appeal. Don't know about showers or laundry, as we didn't need. Water, sewer, and power worked great. Wifi excellent for a campground norm. Arrived after hours. People who are there to help from their sites, were above and beyond help. read more

We planned a trip to Oatman to see the burros..and wanted to stay nearby. The campground is nice and clean.. People are friendly.. Nice cement pads and plenty of room for a tow vehicle. The two stars would be for the sardine-style parking.. Lack of trees... And lack of view. The oleander border around the whole property really blocks the view of the mountains..so all you really can see are the neighbors next to you. We Also were not given a wi-if password when we checked in. When we dropped back at the office the next day.. No one was around..it was locked. Each time we tried ..no one was ever there. So we chewed thru data on our phones. This campground would be fine if you need a place to stay for the nite before going on to your next stop... Next time.. We will stay up the road at Davis Camp. Great sites right on the river with a view! read more

The Park recently had a complete renovation and name change. It has paved roads . wide spaces and a beautiful club house . The management is polite and courteous. I believe the rates are the least inexpensive in the area. This is a must see rv park. read more

We stayed one month at the park in 42 ft fifth wheel. The parks quiet at night. Lots of friendly people. The wifi was excellent. Also the price of the park was very reasonablle. Very dog friendly furnished poop bags in the dog park and along some of the corners. Hookups were good. Clean park several activities. The reason for not giving this park five stars was the lots are not 30 x 60 like advertised. My husband measured from meter to black top it was 47 feet. The lot is 30 wide but if you are a long those corners narrow. Hard to get around park because roads are narrow and full time residents have things around corners or in front of units. So if we dont go back just too risky for long units. read more

New owners have put a lot of $ and hard work into it. Friendly folks there! Nice location from Laughlin and Oatman. Oatman is a must see. PS Don't try to take Route 66 from Kingman to Bullhead city in a trailer or fifth wheel. Otherwise it's a scenic drive. It's worth the trip to the bottom of the pass in you RV to visit the little outpost/gift shop at Cool Springs. ( you will have to double back though ) read more

This park has full hookups, a laundry facility, activity room and small coffee lounge, bathroom and showers. It provides WiFI internet service. It is under new ownership who has completed many improvements including newly paved roads, cement patios at each spot, and nice bbq and outdoor sitting areas. The park is clean, and well maintained both inside these facilities and throughout the park. They offer mail service. The environment feels safe, and it is very quiet due to the location away from the main highway. It is a 55+ site. I highly recommend this park. The daily, weekly, monthly rates are very reasonable. read more

We attended an open house at The Crossroads RV Park, formerly The Blackstone. What a friendly group of people! The park is neat and clean. The new owner has renovated the rec room and has plans to improve it more. Space rental is very reasonable. A great place in the Arizona sunshine. read more

My wife and I stayed at Crossroads RV Park for two nights. The park was at maximum capacity. Many snowbirds living here through the winter. All of the neighbors we met were very friendly and willing to strike up a conversation. We have a pull behind 27' RV with slide outs. The spaces are back-in and pretty tight when backing. Once we got backed in we had plenty of room for the slide out. The neighbors are real close to you. The pads are level with a little concrete pad for sitting. It is a dog friendly park, but the dog run is outside a gate into a rock pasture. People let their dogs "do their thing" but don't pick it up, so you really need to watch your step. They have free WiFi, but its hard to get on. The laundry room was very clean. The Park Hostess was very pleasant. The park is located out of town a ways, so it's pretty quiet. The price per night was comparable to other parks. All in all the park is ok at best. read more
