Clean bedding for starters found what look like a bug between the sheets on my sister's bed when she folded it back and then I found something on the edge of the sheet so I just slept on top

Very clean, very comfortable, quiet/dark room. Breakfast was very clean and love the options. This hotel is 3 years old and well kept thus far. Would definitely book again should i ever need to stay in Needles again.

The Hampton Inn in Needles is relatively new and possibly one of the cleanest in the area. The lobby is upscale with colorful locally inspired art prints. There is a common area, common computer and work out center on the main floor. There is no pool. The rooms are well equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave and hair dryer. The tv was easy to use. The beds are comfortable with lots of soft down-like pillows. While the hotel is close to a main road, we found the rooms quiet and pleasant. Running the fan on the ac units help drown out any sounds. We had no problem sleeping. The clerks are very friendly and helpful. The morning clerk printed directions to a nearby attraction for us. The breakfast was really good for hotel breakfast. The eggs, scones, potatoes and fruit were perfect for start to the day. There is a small shop to pick up limited assorted snacks and other necessities. Currently, they do not have a liquor license but have applied for one. The parking lot is small but functional. There is a small patio area with grills. Rates were high even with my Honors membership, but worth the comfort. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

A nice oasis after miles of dessert heat and traffic. The hotel is a mile into needles. Nice modern and clean. We got in around 6:30 pm checked in no problem. Staff (counter lady) was efficient and cool...Room was cool (Ac already going before we got in) room was clean and they even have a microwave ( very handy when living out of suitcase) ..parking was all mostly right infront of hotel. The only negative aspects was we had a towel with five holes in it.....yikes!! How did a towel with clearly 5 holes (pic) pass to be put back into room?? Oh and hair above the bathroom faucet Everything else was "on it" so I will still give them 4 stars ...somebody must have dropped the ball we all human.. so counting all of GODs blessings and its all good

#bucketlisttriplisatony2024 Tony & I arrived at the Hilton about 6pm last night after a gorgeous drive through Arizona from the Grand Canyon to get here. He said he never realized how beautiful Arizona was when he lived here because he mainly worked & stayed home..what a pity! We would have hiked the crap out of Arizona if we had lived here! The views were amazing! This hotel is GORGEOUS!! Everything spick n' Span shiny & New ! I asked the clerk if they just opened. She said it was their year anniversary at Christmas. Beautiful hotel! She immediately recognized us as Diamond members, checked us in and we were in our room rapidly! Definitely would stay here again! Room was Oversized, clean and extremely comfortable!

Literally BRAND NEW hotel. I think the receptionist said it is under 3mo's old. There was absolutely zero parking right up against the building, but I actually did not mind it one bit. If you are handicap parking or Diamond (‍) parking is across the Awning & you are actually more protected weather protected going from point a to point b under the Awning. Room was GREAT. Large, clean, comfy. And breakie was really good too. Staff have great recommendations for the area (I went across the parking lot to the pizza place for a really good dinner). Really glad this is here for when I don't want to drive straight thru from Gallup to my CA destination like I normally do when I make this drive several times a year (which is a 13 hrs drive day). Will definitely be back thru!

6-9am breakfast included in your stay, self serve!

This Inn exceed our expectations on every level. Wish every hotel/inn was as accommodating, clean, and had good customer service. The parking was easy, they had amazing free breakfast for an inn & it is self serve & food stays hot. Our room was pristine, clean, smelled good, had many different towels, extra trash bags, beds were comfy, AC was doing its thing, & best part they are pet friendly not many places allow pets & we just happened to be traveling with our super sweet friendly husky. Overall great experience would highly recommend & be back on next trip! 10 out of 10 thank you!!!

2 days before our visit we decided to read reviews on yelp and we were terrified! (6 months preggo…read moreand 3 very opinionated teens) When we walked into the lobby it was very clean, of course it smelled like smoke, its a casino for gods sake! Not super overwhelming like others had mentioned. The room and bathroom were surprisingly clean and very roomy! There was no hair left laying around in the bathroom as previously mentioned in other posts. The water pressure in the shower was great, however the shower head was very low. My husband had to squat just to get wet. The toilet was also very low which was a little weird to me. The room came with an iron, ironing board and a blow dryer. Our end table did have an issue with the drawer, it kept opening but it wasn't a deal breaker!! I just so happened to have tape and that did the trick. The temperature knob in our mini fridge was missing so it took us a while to figure out how to make it cooler. The ac kept the room nice and cool but it was very loud, sounded like it was struggling big time. They had a smart TV, we were able to access netflix, amazin prime and another service (i cant remember) The arcade was decent but was prob better for smaller kids. Our kids still enjoyed it. The family pool was beautiful with plenty of sitting areas. It was about 90 something degrees when we went but the water was too cold for me! The kids and my husband had fun on the slides they had. They don't allow outside food or drinks but they had a little bar/snack shack. We did have to pay an additional 15$ for an extra pool wristband. 4 were given for a double bed room. The private beach was very cute but we didn't really spend any time there unfortunately. The ice machine was working and was a short distance from our room. We got panda express pretty late in the day, the food was a little sad but it was expected. We were located in the central tower, maybe all the terrible reviews werw from different areas of the hotel? Who knows. Oh, there only seemed to be luggage carts for those who were parking in valet, that part kinda sucked. We were also a ahirt distance from a gas station, Mc donalds, Starbucks and a few grocery markets. Overall we really enjoyed our time there and will def be visiting again.

It is a fun weekend getaway in Laughlin IF you know what you're getting into…read more 1. The casino resort is about 20 miles south of the main Laughlin strip of casinos. It's more secluded and less crowded, which can be a plus or minus depending on what you're looking for. The crowd tends to be older and calm. It's relaxing and not a party vibe. 2. The casino is VERY smoky and if you stay in the hotel here, the smoke is in the corridors too. There ventilation needs to be improved. Also the casino entrance is an open atrium that leads to the hotel hallways upstairs which adds to the smoke everywhere. 3. The pool and beach is very nice and chill. There's a bigger pool for families and kids and a separate pool hot tub section for adults alone. The pool is not heated so it's too cold to swim in the winter months but the hot tub is nice. 4. The rooms are nothing special but they're clean and do its job. The housekeeping was interesting as they did come and clean the bathroom and refill the toiletries, but the beds were sloppily made and the pillows simply thrown at the headboard. 5. Service at check in and at the restaurants were fine. The service at Mojave Coffee was great. 6. The casino is a good size with mostly a lot machines and electronic games. 7. There is a movie theater on site and an arcade which is good for kids. Bottom line: it's a fun place to get away if you know what to expect. It's good for casual gambling, laying by the pool, and a no frills yet fun experience.

Where do I even begin...?!…read more I arrived at the hotel around 10P, found a parking spot and walked to the front office only to find it locked, but with a "night window", which was fine. I rang the bell and a young man came out after a little bit. He had a friendly tone, but gave me a bit of a hassle, since the reservation was made under my supervisor's name, but with my name in the notes, which he didn't bother to check. After getting the key, an actual key with plastic tag, I walked upstairs to my room and was greeted with a stale smell in the room and a blast of hot air, hotter than the outside temperature. I was shocked at the size and cleanliness of the room, but I was here for work and would make it work. I immediately took the bedspread off the bed, as it had stains on the underside and who knows when the last time it had been cleaned. I turned on the AC unit, set it to 68° and it ran cold for a couple minutes, then shut off for a bit before coming on again for a couple minutes and going off. It repeated that cycle all night. To add to the noise, the Interstate is directly behind the building, the railroad track is a couple hundred yards in front of the building and a parade of transients strolled down Route 66 all night. The bed was stiff and all the springs in the mattress groaned every time I moved. The three pillows were nice, except one was completely flat, like an empty pillowcase, one was a plastic pillow and the other was just floppy. The sheets had holes and tears and were not fresh. The furniture was old, mismatched and didn't appear to be able to hold much weight. The microwave is too small to put a paper plate in and the refrigerator smelled like the previous person stored fish In it and left it after they departed. There was only one outlet that was usable and it was hiding beneath the "dresser". And then, there is the bathroom... The shower is tiny, with no lighting and the handle fell off upon touching it. In fact, I wasn't able to get the handle back on, so I left it on the ground. The floor of the shower hasn't been cleaned in a while, with dirt stains all over and rust covering the drain. The sink isn't anchored properly and has been recaulked a few times to keep it attached. The curtain covering the window was torn and the stick holding it up was broken, so it would fall whenever you tried to open or close the window. If you are trying to find a place on Route 66 that hasn't updated since before the Interstate was built, this is your place. If you are hoping for ANY nice amenities at all, look elsewhere. I searched high and low for bugs and thank god I didn't find any, but after looking at my pictures, you may be wondering if I just didn't see them on this visit. One more night here and I don't plan on EVER coming back!
