The park is quiet enough (though the neighbors heater roared all night) and easy to navigate. The pull-through sites were long enough (62 ft) and with full hook-ups. There was no one at the office. Two women came up on a golf cart-neither wearing masks. I expected them to put one on when they walked inside but they didn't. We gave our information quickly, signed and got out as fast as possible. I don't get how someone who is in contact with many customers would not care about their health and safety-or even state law. I cannot recommend and would not go back to the park.

Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast the next morning had the usual solid HIE spread -- eggs, sausage, cinnamon rolls, hash browns, pancakes, etc. Heads up: there's a $100 incidental deposit at check-in. Mine was refunded fast, but some banks can take up to 10 business days. Booked with IHG points and it was worth it. Second time staying here and it's still the best-reviewed option in the area -- beats anything you'll find across the river in Laughlin. Would stay again.

One of my favorite features was the pool area. It was absolutely immaculate, and I loved that they have a separate kiddie pool with an adorable frog water feature. The atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for--quiet, calm, and relaxing. The other guests were respectful, and the front desk staff were genuinely kind, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious and had a nice variety of options. I also appreciated that they offer fresh coffee, ice water, and lemonade available around the clock at no extra charge, which was a thoughtful touch. The location is another big plus. It's conveniently located directly across the street from Lowe's and Starbucks, and only about eight minutes from the Laughlin Riverwalk and casino district. Well the train brakes had delayed the arrival. Scott from Desert Cab waited nearly 2 hours and his commitment did not waver. He waited and picked me up. I couldn't be more thankful for this great humanitarian. Seriously couldn't find a better person that kept his word. I totally recommend this Cab company and especially Scott. He pretty much saved my life. I'll never forget his gracious attitude in the worst conditions. I can't say enough about Scott Pomer. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. After trying to get to sleep for 2.5 hours, at 12:30, I decided to go downstairs and see if I could get moved to a quieter room. The extremely helpful person at the front desk, told me, yes, she could move me to another room move me to another room but, because the hotel is situated between US 40 and Needles Highway it would not be much quieter. I was very grateful for her honesty and suggestion to stay put. She's the only reason, I gave my review 3 stars, instead of 1 star. After trying to sleep for eight hours, my watch said I had a low sleep score of 43 with only 1:13 of sleep. Why they didn't install any sound insulation for a room, a sidewalk's distance away from a 4 lane highway, is very puzzling. Two words, EAR PLUGS, I'll never leave home without them again.
