I have a serious question, is your staff just incompetent or stupid, or both?…read more I ordered your food through a delivery service, that's how I was able to get some of my money back, otherwise you wouldn't pick up your phone, terrible customer service on top of the terrible food service and terrible food. I ordered two of the potato wedges with cheese and bacon, but now somehow come with ranch, I asked for that to be taken off, and it shows on the receipt, -allergic to ranch, but that doesn't seem to matter to you as you can't read the receipt or what you're supposed to do.... I ordered a box with four tacos, spicy chicken sandwich with only mayo, " not for me allergies and all" which again shows on the receipt, obviously it came with everything else. Ordered a double junior burger meal plane, with wedges and again shows on the receipt and not received correctly. On top of this, the Dasher waited 25 minutes at your location to get my food. This needs to be addressed with the general manager and area manager as you're only one a few locations in Indianapolis and your food quality and service are terrible and will put you out of business.. I come from Texas, where there are multiple Jack in the boxes and they would all have a conniption fit with the way you put out your food. Shame on you Jack in the box and at corporate. Needless to say, I won't be recommending your company like many others especially after winning an hour for cold and wrong food thank you so much for charging me top dollar for poor food. Also really feels like you're trying to screw us with the amount of food you gave, siding shrink flat-ion., boxes of wedges were half empty .

On a recent Sunday afternoon we were passing through Indianapolis looking for a place to have lunch…read morethat we don't have at home (Louisville) and I said to the wife, I said "Hey, can you see if there's a Jack in the Box we can have lunch at in Indi"?, to which she replied "That sounds good, let me check!". This location is right off of the expressway and it's very easy to find. It was about 1:30pm, so we fortunately missed the lunch rush. Before we even walked in I knew what I wanted, and that was those outstanding Jack in the Box tacos. There was a current promotion for 2 Monster Tacos for $3. Was I dreaming? Sign me up! The restaurant was clean and well-stocked when we arrived, aside from the drink station with, let's face it, is trashed in just about any fast food restaurant. The floors were clean, trash wasn't overflowing, and all the tables were clean. The dining room counter tops could use some attention/repair. The are cracks next to the drink machine that look like they want to be fixed. My wife's whatever-it-was burger was good (by her account). The Monster Tacos were very much worth taking a short detour off of I-65. The staff we encountered (cashier, primarily) was very nice and helpful. For the most part the staff was busy taking care of things, but during the 45 or so minutes of our stay, no one came out to take care of the dining room. Now that we know there's a Jack in the Box easily accessible during our trips to Ft Wayne and back...TACOS!

Corey and Jose were phenomenal!! From the moment we walked in. They were both professional helpful,…read moreextremely quick on getting our order together and even made sure that we had plenty of salt and pepper and asked if we needed a refills as well. I highly recommend the chicken egg and cheese sandwich. The fries are phenomenal as well as their Ghirardelli shake. The restrooms were clean, they smelled fresh and all the tables in the dining room were cleaned too. They have plenty of outdoor seating once the weather gets nicer.

A nice upgrade from fast food. Jaggers is a giant step up from a fast food lunch…read more Jaggers features unique menu items like the Sunrise Burger, which is topped with a fried egg. The black bean burger is delicious, and you can customize the toppings and cheese on any burger or chicken sandwich. Sides include edamame, tater tots, fries, fruit, and a side salad. The sauces, like the salad dressing, are made fresh in house. Sauces include country gravy, buffalo, sweet heat, ranch, and honey mustard. I always order a sauce or two for dipping g my tater tots or fries. The salads are much better than the usual fast food or fast casual restaurant. Always fresh ingredients and the dressing is made daily, in house. Several varieties of salad and they are all excellent. Shakes are excellent! Very thick so you will need the extra large straw. The employees are very friendly and service is fast. The dining room is always clean and the booths are solid and comfortable.

The food is absolutely delicious at La Guanaquita. We stopped far a quick lunch yesterday. They…read moreserve mostly Salvadoran food but also other Latin foods. They were busy at lunch with eat-in and carry-out orders. The parking lot was full. But we're we're able to get a table for two. When we came in, they called out their English speaking server, Karla. Karla was supper friendly and attentive. I had two of their special pupusas. They were served with limes, sauce and curcido, which is a spicy marinated cabbage mix. The shrimp pupusas is stuffed with bits of shrimp mixed with a generous amount of creamy cheese. The chicken pupusas was filled with a lot of chicken and small amount of cheese. Both pupusas were excellent. I also had a chicken taco, which was a pretty standard Street taco. The chicken was moist and yummy. The restaurant and parking lot could use some love. The dining room could use a coat of fresh paint and have ceiling tiles repaired. The parking lot needs to have potholes fixed and could use some lines. That said, I'd come back in a heartbeat. The food is that good.

Our visit was during the 8am breakfast scene and we enjoyed a feast of pupusas, curtido, beans, yucca, plantains and chicharrones. All were hearty and delicious. The space is full of natural light and welcoming. We noticed that you can order fresh smoothies thanks to their partnership with the juice/ice cream shop next door (or possibly owned by the same folks?). The staff was also incredibly friendly and we loved the opportunity to only speak Spanish during our visit. Can't wait for our next visit!
