This location could not care less about customers in the lobby. We waited over 15 minutes for our food. Another guy waited 10 minutes for only a coffee and they finally made it after he asked for his money back. This is literally the worst Mcdonald's I've ever been to. I sat in the outside lane of the drive thru for 15ish minutes while the inside lane went through 5 different cars. I ended up pulling up to the window to tell them I have been waiting and no one has helped. She said "ugh." and shut the window. I ended up getting my food and it was fine. We order in drive through because they locked the lobby up by 9:30, we wait 30 minutes to be told 'all the food is fresh' (isn't it supposed to be??). And we check. We're minus a fish filet and my mushroom & Swiss is a bacon cheeseburger and my fries were cold (fresh??). My son walked up to the window so we wouldn't have to wait in drive through again. He's told the mushrooms looked burnt so that's why they gave me the bacon burger instead. Newsflash: I I'd not pay +$5 for a bacon burger! They give him a sauce for me to add to it (taste like a mustard sauce, not mushroom!). Gave him the missing fish filet and then another employee jumped him because we did not go through the drive through again! For THEIR mistake! I can not believe I am eating here! It is 1am and there is no food anywhere. It is times like this I miss home. The kid at the drive thru was a little jerky to me at 1am but at this hour he has to deal with drunk people...I was just exhausted after working all day and did not need attitude. I ordered a burger and he said, "Medium or Large?". I then said, "I don't understand?". And he kept saying, "Medium or Large?". After 4 times you might want to create a new sentence. He was referring to a Value Meal...which I did not want. I only wanted a burger. McDonald's just doesn't get it that I don't need any more fat for 85 cents...just give me a burger. I then had to wait 7 painful minutes at the window while my burger was being cooked. Longest I've ever waited for McDonald food. On the flip side it was the first time I ever had a steaming meat patty from McDonald's. I had to let it cool down. I got the Angus burger and was not really impressed. Sorry I wasted my money. I thought the onion would be fantastic but it was way to over powering to be enjoyable. The burger and Service were complete unacceptable. Management needs to provide there employees a lesson in customer service. This is my nearest McDonalds. But, I really dislike the service. For example, tonight I drove right up to place my order with no wait. Then sat for 18 minutes without the line moving (4 cars ahead of me). Finally, I pay and get to the pick-up window. I find two young men, talking, looking at their phones and in no hurry. I finally get my order, a large coke with a full cup of ice (best ice ever). I ordered with light ice, but at least it was actually coke. I did not receive an apology for my wait, or any communication. l I told the young man that he is suppose to say thank you. A McDonald's is a McDonald's is a McDonald's everywhere. As long as the fries are hot and food is warm all is well. The drive up at this location can be on the slow side and we encounter incorrect orders about 40% of the time. For this reason I check the order before I leave the parking lot. The employees are more often than not friendly and apologetic when an error is made. Honestly it happens far to often at most fast food restuarants so I just expect and inspect order onsite to avoid being upset once home. Food wise I eat McDonald's about 3 or 4 times a year and then only fish or salad. But my son is huge fan and the husband participates occasionally.
