The support posts on my wooden patio structure were dry rotted, as was the support post and railings on my front porch which desperately needed to be replaced (not an easy task). He responded to my message right away, came out for an estimate and booked me for the next week. Came on time, started working and he was meticulous in making sure structures were secure, posts were level, proper base brackets installed, etc. His worker, Polo, was equally knowledgeable, and an excellent carpenter, who worked very long hours non-stop. Great communication throughout the process, painted and cleaned up everything...no mess left behind. I will definitely call on him again and highly recommend Lavorico Construction (707) 363-6597 if you need any work done!

And of course we are never just charged "20 min", because there is a "minimum 2 hr charge" and let's not forget the genius that created the now industry standard "trip charge" - doesn't matter that we live in the same town!! But then I was referred to Jack's Plumbing......OMG they are actually respectable, fair, honest, caring and certainly one of the kindest companies I have EVER done business with. Beau was the plumber assigned to service my call. From the minute he walked in, he was a breath of fresh air. He was willing to care more about fixing my issues, than worrying about how much money he could make off of me. Due to the age and size of my house, it is actually a large Bed & Breakfast, I have MANY issues and have required service for a few other items. Each time Beau shows up on time and solves my problems in a quick professional manner. There have been 2 times that I have had emergencies at 6am on a Saturday morning and Beau answers his phone!!!!! I have NEVER had a tradesman do that. I will refer Beau Plumbing OVER AND OVER again and would not think of calling anyone else. Thank you Beau, for restoring my faith in commercial humanity!!!

I could tell that Beau had quite a lot of experience and I felt confident that his crew would exceed my expectations and I was right. His plumbers Eric and Daniel along with Beau showed up exactly on time to do the installation of a new flexible gas line to our backyard firepit and a separate gas line to our firebox inside our home for a new gas insert. Eric and Daniel were extremely professional, friendly, and do great work! Their expertise is obvious. They also completed the job well ahead of schedule. I am extremely happy with Beau Jacks Plumbing and highly recommend them for any plumbing job!

We originally called Tapia but they were booked until the following week so they referred us to St. Helena Lock & Safe, we're so glad they did, John & Brian are excellent. They called us back within a few minutes, knew what was wrong by my description and came by a two hours later to fix the problem, turns out we had more than one. Our deadbolt set was more than 30 years old and had since been redesigned, replacement parts were very expensive and would take too long to get. They texted pictures of a few reasonably priced quality replacement options and had the new set installed quickly. Additionally, it turns out whoever originally installed the lock didn't drill the deadbolt slot deep enough and it wasn't fulling locking. They noticed and took the time to fix the issue and made sure everything was correct and aligned properly, they even insisted on vacuuming up after. Fast, efficient, friendly, precise and reasonably priced, I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
