These men listened, didn't judge, just helped ensure I had exactly what I needed and then offered insight into obstacles I might run into ahead as well as technical counsel on how to address and work through issues up ahead. If you understand the value of knowledge, wisdom, and time ...you better get over there. Nothing beats getting it right the first time and knowing it will last, no looking back. Thank you CWS Team. You folks really let me leave feeling confident I could focus on the road ahead. I will definitely be back every time.

There was a wide range of estimates, some saying don't use rebar, you dont need it. So, yes, there could have been lower estimates, but I know I would have regretted making my choice on price alone. Robbie and his team moved drains, matched the groove pattern of my existing porch, made sure everything pitched properly and more. All the members of his team are awesome at what they do. There were no delays, nothing went wrong on my job. Having the job completed now I can definitely say I would call Robbie again.

What I can tell is that at this time, some folks there really try hard to make the business successful. I just made a big rock transaction with them and it was flawless. Ask for them and you will not be disappointed. I will do business with them again.

But what makes SBI stand out to me is their hours of operation. They stay open until 5pm. When most others close at 3:30pm or 4pm. This is incredibly helpful for people. And for that reason alone, I feel they stand out as better than the rest!!! Also, they cater to home owners, and people with small projects. As they sell materials down to the 1/4 yard. Business practices like this are so helpful for home owners and those trying to accomplish small jobs. Without having to buy things by the bag at box stores.

We had never been to SBI in Windsor before but went there to look at tile/stone options to replace…read moreour old redwood deck which had become a haven for rats and increased fire danger. Howard was very helpful in helping us and we quickly moved away from tile to a more natural Travertine stone in silver/white that came in four sizes and addressed the natural/random pattern look we were after. We also found a perfect gas fired wood stove in a catalog from their suppliers; Eldorado Outdoor. Best of all, Howard recommended a fantastic installer I cannot recommend highly enough. The somewhat oddly named Asapp Pro Hardscape and Masonry. Cesar and his team of excellent professionals not only removed the old deck, but also took out the old 1950s cracked concrete below it prior to pouring/leveling a new concrete foundation for our new Patio. We could not be happier with the results. Photos are posted in my Yelp review of Asapp Pro. SBI's weakness does not lie in price/value but rather in communication of the status of your materials. In order to get answers/direction I had to pester them and also point out the msrp of the fire bowl we chose was half what they were initially going to charge us. But, the results are outstanding so I recommend SBI with a caveat that you may well find yourself pestering them as well as proactive communication of material status is not their strong suit.

The prices are competitive for the Mexican Black river rocks we were shopping for. The hot tip is if you need a cubic yard that's the best value. Any portion of the full yard requires an extra cost for the labor involved with shoveling and breaking the cubic yard set portion. We really liked they were able to deliver. It was $110 to where we live. I imagine the delivery rate depends on how far away the destination is. The person who arrived to deliver the rocks was friendly and provided great customer service. We will definitely be back to Dryscape for our landscaping needs :)
