The downside of coming here is that the manager guy is not very friendly and was definitely trying to sneak some charges in. I had my natural nails that needed to be filed with a dip change. There were no nail extensions, extra shaping, or anything other than the flower design on my ring finger that I asked for, but as you can see on the receipt, I was charged for these items. Without a manicure, I was expecting to pay maybe $50 for the dip color - $60 with the design. At my other salon they always tell me it will be extra and I give them the okay, but the point is they are transparent. This guy just rang me up without showing me the charges and I didn't see they charged me $80 until after I asked for my receipt. Maybe I'm off here, but just posting this to help other people understand the charges if you choose a design!

I ended up coming here temporarily while my regular technician was away, and every single visit left my eyes red, burning, and in pain. After my first technician caused severe irritation, I switched to another--only to experience the same horrible results. My eyes were so red and painful that I couldn't even open them properly, let alone drive after my appointments. When I brought up my concerns with the front desk, they had the audacity to tell me that I was simply "not a good candidate for lash extensions." That's completely false--I've been getting them for years with no issues at reputable salons. I even overheard them telling the same excuse to a teenager during my first visit. This place has no business offering lash services. When done correctly, extensions should never cause burning, redness, or pain. If you experience this, RUN. Don't let this place ruin your lash experience forever! I can't reply to their reply, but I was a customer.

My technician, Tia, started my appointment right on time. She was quiet but checked in with me to make sure she understood what I wanted. While the service itself wasn't bad, there wasn't anything that stood out. At other salons I've visited, the experience typically ends with small finishing touches--like applying lotion or a brief hand massage--but this service felt very basic. I still tipped Tia 20% because Honey worked me into the schedule during what would have been Tia's break, and I appreciated that accommodation. Unfortunately, once I got home and removed my contacts so I could see my nails more clearly, I noticed several details that became more apparent over the next few days. It appeared the polish wasn't properly sealed, and one nail had missing polish along the side before I ever left the salon. Since my nails were completely dry when I departed, I believe those issues should have been caught before the service was finished. For me, the overall experience wasn't worth the drive or the price I paid. The video of my nails tells the story better than this caption ever could. That said, based on my interaction with Honey, I genuinely believe booking with her could result in a different experience. She made a great first impression, and if I were to return, I would specifically request an appointment with her.

Yet I was ok. I was trusting them and the process. I made my next 2 appts at that time. The second visit took just as long if not longer. I had plans but was not able to keep them as they were because the appt took so long. I never got the chance to go to the third appt which I made two months prior and had planned right before a vacation. They sent a text the day before asking if it was ok to move my appt to a new tine. I declined because again I had plans for that day. They then sent multiple confusing texts asking me to change my appt time which I didn't understand when they originally asked and I declined. They finally called and confirmed my original appt. They then sent a text on the day of my appt two hours before to say the tech had the flu and they would have to reschedule me and gave me 5 or so random appt choices during the morning hours as if I don't work. So very unprofessional. If you value your time do not waste it on this establishment. I overlooked the contract, the high prices and the long timeframe for the service but I will not compromise on how I am treated. I will never go back and I encourage you to not waste your time or money with this establishment either. Value yourself, your time and your money!

I love Rimmi! She is the best! I've been going to her for over 4 years. I have cheated on Rimmi twice and gone elsewhere out of convenience and last minute hair idea decisions and I definitely suffered the consequences. The salon is clean inside, trendy, everyone was nice, and - of course - it smelled good. The stylist and I had a good thorough conversation about my hair before the coloring or cutting started. She was meticulous doing my color, cut and style. My hair looks (and smells) great and after a long day, it was a super relaxing experience. **full disclosure: there was a mix-up with my initial appointment but the salon made it right and I gave them a second chance at a first impression. Very glad I did.
