We also really appreciated that Dr. Bedont recently advised that we may *not* need some treatment that he had previously told us may be coming -- that is the sort of advice that you need from someone you can trust. I also had a great experience with insurance billing (really!) -- Jessica in the office worked really hard to get a complicated insurance situation (coordinated care from two insurance providers, as I was changing jobs) figured out, and reduce our out-of-pocket costs as much as possible.
