Recently I just got 4 more implants with bone grafting. I got a bit bleeding at home after the implant. Next morning just a phone call they brought me in immediately for Dr. Sullivan taking care of the issue. After that i was fine. I really surprised that Dr. Sullivan called on my cell to check the bleeding at the same evening day. Also the front desk called my general doctor to double check. This is not only the state of the art office, but also the customer oriented center. Thank you very much Dr. Sullivan and your entire staffs again.

I recently visited this office for two fillings and was disappointed with the experience. Midway…read morethrough the procedure, Dr. Nomie left without any explanation to see another patient. I was left there to wait with the tech and an uncomfortable suction shield/saliva ejector in my mouth. There was no apology and I was told my filling needed to cure which I think is a lie because they had used a curing light and I didn't have sit around while the second one supposidely cured after I expressed my dissatisfaction. It felt unprofessional and unsettling. From my understanding, this isn't standard practice during dental work, and I left feeling frustrated and unsure about the care I received. I think they overbook patients because I also had to wait awhile to be seen in the first place by the dentist. With a newborn at home I was not happy with the appointment running longer than I was told it would be.

Just updating my review. I really liked this dentist when we first started going, but over the last…read moreyear, the vibe really changed. The dentist stopped showing us the x-rays automatically, instead I get told there's another cavity and go schedule the appointment to fill it and that's that. It just feels a little impersonal and like they're not trying to do anything else to help. The last thing that kind of put me over was the receptionist acting shocked the last two times I've been there when I needed to schedule the filling a month out or spread out appointments. My insurance does not cover the whole price of fillings. They are $100+ and I literally had to tell her, I am a single mom, I don't just have extra money lying around (which someone shouldn't have to explain). One of my daughter's fillings ended up falling out too, for no reason. I instead went to my dentist that I go to and they offered my daughter preventative measures that are super well priced so that fillings aren't necessary, especially for teeth that are going to fall out soon. Even their filling prices were slightly cheaper and the receptionist was super nice and let me schedule the appointments when I needed to, without question or hesitation. Plus, they care about you as a person and even remember things you told them from the previous time you were there. Overall young Kidz is pretty good for a dentist, just left me with a bad vibe.
