The dental assistant named Kayla is extremely kind. She's always very respectful and friendly. I really appreciate how careful she is when checking my teeth. Some of my teeth are sensitive and she does an amazing job keeping my teeth from hurting. The dentist Anna Dneprov is really smart. She always knows exactly what needs to be done when she knows is something wrong with my teeth and she does an amazing job performing whatever task is necessary. I also like the fact that they always hand me a reminder card I can put in my wallet so I don't forget about my appointment and they are even courteous enough to send you a text reminder a few days before. Avoid this place unless you want to feel like you are on an assembly line. I had a terrible experience here and unfortunately they didn't even get my treatment right. At first Dr. Lindsey was all sweet and helpful, then I guess after she got my money she stopped caring. Don't be fooled by the initial friendliness. Every time I went in for an appointment there were so many patients in chairs, she was literally running from one to another without even taking the time to answer patient questions. More than once I was literally in the middle of asking a question and she was already walking away. I felt unheard and like she didn't care to take the time she should with the patient. It's no wonder my treatment was not up to par and I ended up not happy with my results. Of course my focus was on how good it looked, it seems like it is on the doctor to make sure the bite was correct as well since they are the expert. We never discussed my bite and in addition it is hard for me to tell how my bite lines up when I am in Invislign trays 20+ hours a day. Well after having all the buttons removed and being in the last tray I realize I have teeth badly hitting in the front. When I brought it up, Dr. Lindsey tried to blame it on me! She says I should have told her. Again, when I am in trays all day, how would I know. She is the doctor, shouldn't she be checking this before having a patient ends treatment? Again, my bite was never even discussed! She grudgingly made me a few more trays making me feel bad about it and like I was a burden. My teeth would still shift and hit even after being done with treatment. My dentist tried to help by filing them down a little. More than a year after treatment I am still having trouble with my bite. I tried reaching back out to the office against my better judgement and the doctor won't even return my call. It just shows that once they get your money, they no longer care. Unfortunately I will have to go pay another orthodontist to try and fix what Dr. Lindsey screwed up.
