We also really appreciated that Dr. Bedont recently advised that we may *not* need some treatment that he had previously told us may be coming -- that is the sort of advice that you need from someone you can trust. I also had a great experience with insurance billing (really!) -- Jessica in the office worked really hard to get a complicated insurance situation (coordinated care from two insurance providers, as I was changing jobs) figured out, and reduce our out-of-pocket costs as much as possible. I felt comfortable the entire time. I also needed a guard for night grinding and come to find out that's a very common bad habit. The dental assistant named Kayla is extremely kind. She's always very respectful and friendly. I really appreciate how careful she is when checking my teeth. Some of my teeth are sensitive and she does an amazing job keeping my teeth from hurting. The dentist Anna Dneprov is really smart. She always knows exactly what needs to be done when she knows is something wrong with my teeth and she does an amazing job performing whatever task is necessary. I also like the fact that they always hand me a reminder card I can put in my wallet so I don't forget about my appointment and they are even courteous enough to send you a text reminder a few days before.
