Being a native Texan myself and serious critic of smoked brisket I wanted to put it to the test. The brisket was real deal. Salt and pepper and slow smoked with real wood and not the propane wood combo most places have. It was tender and pulled easy. It's remote and out of the way and honestly for BBQ a hidden gem. I've had plenty of brisket in my life both in Texas and the Carolina's and honestly this place has maybe the best I've had in some time. Oh and they have like four different house made bbq sauces that are incredible. Adding this to my bbq trail list. Hit it up now!
