I first reached out to Hotline Plumbing through Yelp projects to get a quote on how much they would charge to replace a bad automatic shutoff valve with a new one because my home insurance requires it and it has to be done by a license plumber. They responded quickly and set up an appointment the next day to come take a look first. Mauricio called me before arriving to confirm I was home and to give me a status on how far he was. When he came, he told me that my pressure relief valve was bad due to old age and also my psi was high which it was at 120 psi. No other plumber who came out checked the psi for me with a gauge. But he give me a quote for just changing out the bad unit with the new one since that's all I needed. It was the best quote out of all the plumbers I reached out to so I chose them. Mauricio and William came out quick to do the change. They were professional and also friendly. They explained every steps to me and made sure I was satisfied with their work.
