I called and was originally told they would have their insurance call me. Well, they changed their minds apparently and never called back. I just called in again and was told the owner will not be covering it now because he went to the yard and all of their mud flaps look fine and they were hauling dirt and not rocks. Stay away if you see them on the road!!! You'll be out a couple hundred bucks and a windshield. (I do have pics of the truck and mudflap)

I called Dean Customer air and spoke with the answering service who had the tech on call respond to me in less than 5 minutes. He gave me direction over the phone to check the drain outside and use my shop vac to suck out the water that had backed up in the tube causing the air handler sensor to shut the system down as designed. I called him back to thank him and asked how much I owed him for the call. He said no charge. Thank you so much Dean Custom Air for employing such knowledgeable technicians and being there when I needed you at 8 o'clock at night!
