Did a great job installing the patios and garden areas. The reasons for the 2 star rating is Joe and his team has gone silent. I had a few issues that needed addressed and no one has returned my calls and emails. DON'T believe them when they tell you they will come out fix issues. I have a planter that leaks dirt and water, two caps that are loose and my irrigation water line was damaged and leaks. I just paid an irrigation company today to fix that issue. They will do a good job installing but hold back a final payment until you are completely satisfied. read more

The contractor started out pretty well and did do most of the work, but it wasn't finish. We tried calling a few times over the past year with no luck. Hopefully he returns our calls and comes out to finish. It would be nice to use our firepit which still hasn't been completed and the cold weather is coming. Landscaping lights still need to be repaired along with the column tops put on correctly. read more

we loved the way the job came out however, we had a really bad drainage issue with one of the tree beds that were planted. We left several messages, texts and voicemails and Joseph never responded. When the job was finished Joseph said he would be back in two weeks to check on everything. He never came. we were so disappointed. Not to mention we paid a great deal of money for the job. We really thought this was a good honest company. Now my husband is left to fix the problem he created. Joseph doesn't stand by his work. I started to leave a negative review and then realized that his Outdoor Kreations business has to do with my frustration. I am sincerely disappointed in myself for thinking like this. Outdoor Kreations installed a beautiful patio about 2 years ago and I would leave a great review...except for the terrible firepit that has never worked. I've spent several hundred dollars and went back and forth with the gas company etc. About ready to have the entire thing taken out. The follow up is just not there, sorry to say. read more

We were losing our yard due to storm water and runoff from neighboring properties. We hired Outdoor Kreations to rectify the problem. Joseph K. gave us recommendations to fix the issue which, ultimately, required installation of a french drain system, grading and sodding the line between our property and our neighbor's. Costly? Yes. However, Joseph promised that our issue would be solved and we would be happy with the outcome. He/We encountered several "speed bumps" during the process. We had terribly stormy weather for a period of time immediately after the excavation process which made things a muddy, flooded mess. Joseph assured us that his team would do whatever was necessary to repair issues caused by that wet weather. And they did. Outdoor Kreations actually dug up the work they'd already completed and reinstalled the drains. They graded, regraded and then graded again until everything worked perfectly. Throughout the process Joseph kept us informed with texts, emails and telephone calls. When we contacted him with questions or concerns he responded immediately. He assured us that the job wasn't completed until the problem was solved. We found Joseph K and Outdoor Kreations to be honest and hardworking. Joseph is a man of his word. Through extreme weather, personal family tragedy and financial costs to the company bottom line, Joseph delivered exactly what he said he would. Had a lawn drainage issue. Started out good, prompt quote. Price was high, but was able to start project and complete in a timely manner. When I asked what happens if it does not work properly, the owner told me he stands behind his work, and to call him and they will fix it. Well... after some heavy rains, I still had standing water in the area. Called and texted him, he replied and said he would come out and look at it. Never showed, called and left multiple messages, he never replied. Now I have to pay someone else to fix it. He blew me off and does not stand behind his work. Find someone else. read more
