I had such a great experience with Jacob from Hardee's Boys Window Services. He arrived on time, was professional, and took his time to make sure every window was spotless. My first attempt to do business with Hardy Boys didn't succeed as there was a failure to communicate. Although they did have my phone number, the attempt to get my address came through Yelp messaging on the morning of the appointment and not a phone call so I didn't get the message until a few minutes before the appointment time. They gave my appointment away and the work was never completed. It was disappointing. I reached out to them again to try to have my windows washed before Thanksgiving and they never returned my message through yelp. Another failed attempt to do business with this company. I never did have work done by this company although I did try twice. After I made my review, I heard from the owner and he did make an attempt to resolve the issue and I respect that. read more
