We wanted the floor to be installed within 2 weeks so we have less downtime to use the court. Paul insisted to climatize the floor then install otherwise it would be junk flooring. He would rather not to do the big job than ruin his quality reputation. He came to our court at least 4 times for this job to measure. He is knowledgable and professional. At the end he returned our deposit. We will come back when we are ready to do the job. We would definitely use him next time.

Even though the defects began showing up only a couple months after he finished the job, he refuses to come back and fix anything because now it's been over a year. I've read the google reviews about his business and it sounds like a common theme. His replies are what I experienced dealing with him - he takes no accountability for his poor work and always blames someone else.
