They arrived right on time. They not only checked my outlet, they evaluated the hot tub to make sure it was configured for 120v. They told me what circuit my hot tub was on and how much power my hot tub draws. They replaced the outlet and put it in a box so the sprinklers don't spray it and short out my hot tub. When they left, my hot tub was working and they fixed it in a way that it won't break again. This is my third try fixing a brand new hot tub. I needed a dryer outlet installed in our home built in '86. We're going solar and having the appliances changed over. This was the most amazing customer service experience I've ever had with any company. These guys were Professional with a capital P. We had a complicated job mounting a large chandelier in our living room. An existing canned light needed to be removed in the center and the chandelier needed to be wired to a new dimmer. Normally, holes would need to be made in the ceiling to thread the wires, but these guys wouldn't have any of that! They used the existing canned lights as access areas and were able to thread it without making any holes in the drywall. I saw how hard they worked (non-stop) from 5 pm to 9:30 pm making this happen. The final product looked incredible. They moved all the furniture out of the way, they draped everything and cleaned up absolutely any mess that was made. They were so careful with our walls and our home in general. Their price was phenomenal as well. I can't say enough about this company and Jerry and Brandon.
